You can recover your in-game credentials, by entering our UCP (user control panel) http://panel.eclipse-rp.net/ and selecting reset password. If you are not yet part of it, join it here https://discord.gg/y2gxAjg I cannot join the server and am stuck at "loading package list", how do I resolve it? If you are unfortunate enough to have this problem, a known solution is to delete your ECLIPSE client resources from RAGE\client_resources\ and replace them with the latest version of ECLIPSE client resources. Having the updated files will not try to load the package list. I cannot customize or see my characters at the character selection screen, how do I resolve it? Try troubleshooting by launching the game from another computer, if that's unavailable, try connecting with a different Internet connection, for example, try switching to another WiFi or insert your Internet cable directly into your computer's socket.
