Unix time stamp from HUD: 1572144310

Your characters name: Samuele Colonna

Other player(s) involved: Victor Einhart, ID 150, ID 157, ID 192

Specific rule(s) broken:

 Powergaming (PG)

  • Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions.

  • Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

The reported party started running right after getting tazed and while I was waiting a response for my /do. He then got on a motorcycle and somehow fled.

Evidence of rule breach:

after reviewing the footage provided all i can really do is appologise. i run the game on an old system and have lots of bug/desync issues and assumed me not being able to move was one of them and that when i "resynced" i noticed no guns or anything similar pointed at me and so i got on the bike that had its engine running and got away. i did not intent to breach the rules and would like to restate the fact that i had been experiencing a lot of dysnc and i had no intention of ignoring RP or power gaming

PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players:

  • [Phil_Hellmuth [ID 27]] - [NonRP] - [Offence #1] - Will receive NRP#1. The reasoning for this punishment is that you got tased by an officer and did not show realistic roleplay after and quickly got onto the bike, driving away like nothing happened. These actions do not promote good roleplay and should not be repeated in the future.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.

Regards,

@MrWonanother & @froggytommy
