Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 10. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? Everything started with player id 11, I think I did ask him nice about BLS kit, cause I dont know if hes always having his BLS kit in his bag or not, I asked him to tell me if he have angles, or anything about it, he told "stryker always have it" that doesnt give me any believes about him. Instead of that, he even not wait for me to finish check where I have been hit, he did forced me with his CPR, he show very poor RP situation while I was shot down. After that I have been moved to MD, while that officer got me, he did forced straight to car, after 1-2 minutes, he decided to make an RP about that, cause he did help me to get in cruiser.. he show one more time very poor RP situation while I was already by his force in the car. Regarding everything about that, he forced me again out of car, and started to RP about the open doors by his cruiser, doors were closed, and he even not open these, he started to threat me about "non rp" while he did forced me already, after that they decided me to move via van to BOC, and then he did again forced me to that car, while something not worked for id 11, another guy ID 220 also forced me straight to the van. The situation played out as follows, and is visible in the videos posted. - Einaro Blatniak rammed my cruiser at high speed, sent me flying, stalled both of us. -He was held at gunpoint and told to exit the vehicle. -He opened fire and was gunned down. -When medical RP began, he didn't respond, was warned that if he doesn't CPR will be forced. -I waited a good amount of time, told him to please respond to RP within 30 seconds or I will force. -Medical was forced. -The same goes for transporting him to the fresh cruiser. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Einaro_Blatniak] - [NonRP] - [Stalling RP] Einaro, you were failing to respond to RP. I do not see any rule breaks here from the officers in question. I do however see you attempting to stall RP in your own evidence video. You were notified that RP would be forced, and you continued to ignore it while spending an extended amount of time in /b. I also think FearRP was a strong possibility here as your car was stalled, you had guns pointed at you, and you hopped out of your vehicle and attempted to shoot the officers in the second video. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
