Player(s) being reported: ID 78, ID 3
Date of interaction reported: 10/27/2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1572122418

Your characters name: Javnish Karinki

Other player(s) involved: no one

Specific rule(s) broken:

Fear Roleplay (FRP)

  • Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

• Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are in a car which engine is not stalled.

• When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

• When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

  • As a victim, whose life is in direct danger:

• You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker.

• You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you.

10. Powergaming (PG)

  • Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions.

  • Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming.

  • All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay.

  • Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more.

  • A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC.

  • Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties.

  • If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP.

    • OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time).

    • RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7.

An example:

How did the player(s) break the rule(s)?

ID 78

So i went to the clothing store to rob someone and they immediately complied with my demands. The problem is that when i told him to drop "All of his guns" and i never took my aim off him, then he proceeded to rp that "squeezing the trigger" without giving me anytime to react or make a /do for me to accept so we can continue the rp normally which is powergaming. the point is he couldnt have done that as i was aiming at him through out the all time. Also additionally he talked on the radio when he was downed  while i was aiming at him not showing that he fears for his life.

ID 3

In the beginning of the video you can see me shouting don't move which ID 3 does after me killing ID 78, as well  as not coming back when i demanded him to do so

Hi, He did show fear for his life by running once the fight broke out, This does not mean in all situations this is acceptable but I deem in this scenario he is fine doing what he did
as he was going to be caught in the crossfire anyways. When you were fighting your gun was not aimed at him when he started running so It would be incredibly harsh to hand a fear
RP offence to him.

Kind Regards

Hello, Thankyou all for your responses.

Giovanni_Hamilton Will Receive Fear-RP (non-RP punishment)

Reason for my decision is using a script limitation to your advantage and pressing the trigger while placing the gun down, Being under gun point in such a situation you would follow all demands and be scared for your life. You could have walked out of that store alive had you followed his demands.
Also using your radio while injured like that calling for help after being in a shootout showing no care for your life again right infront of the attacker.

Please also be sure to use /do when doing most actions to make it fair on all parties. Example : /do Would you see me holding the trigger.
Although this is not acceptable in anyway at all we don't want people following this type of action in the future when being robbed.

Kind Regards
