I set up a deal with franklin for 444 .50 bullets and 60 AK bullets. He chooses to pull in an area from the NCZ, I rp putting a gun to his head and tell him to put the items in the glove compartment. Since his engine is on he feels like, with a gun to your head you can just run to an NCZ. And if we're in a moving car I'm pretty sure the driver is in control and the person with the gun wouldn't shoot for fear of life. These are the rules I read and these are the rules I followed. I don't feel I need to explain anything seeing I followed the rules. again I will post the rules given to me by Eclipse Roleplay Server and its dated 2019. If you guys wanna update your rules you have every right to. but I did follow the rules. The rules clearly states Examples where I DO NOT have to show fear. Being in a car running is one of them. AND... We were meters from CCTV Camera which can reach where we were. You are in direct danger, the pertaining to if the vehicle is not stalled. The part you see highlighted is in my favor. In Menace to Society he coulda shot that guy on site. This isn't Menace to Society. This is eclipse. Keep to the subject at hand. I followed the rules. Can you please go through the rules and point out what rule I broke. You cant, you can only verbally add on to existing rules to fit your agenda. Your rules are incomplete and this situation is a grey area in your rules. So instead of pending this, there should have been a warning issued and a fix to the rule. If you guys think Im gonna bite my tongue, you are sadly mistaken. I followed YOUR rules, and you tested me on these rules. Here allow me to post it for you one more time. So now that the issue is out of the way of that I must look further into the situation. and now the only difference I can see is this... (reference to pictures). Look at my last report. I seen I broke the rules. I accepted them. I apologized. Im not apologizing for following rules. At the end of the day RP or NOT, this is a GAME with rules. If you wanna simulate RP and realism make headshots kill on 1st shot, make fights not last 20 minutes make gas a reasonable price and last longer. I would really like to thank the community that actually involved themselves in the community, instead of just sitting in front of a store allday and running in doors with heavy numbers. This server is flawed witht the simple fact that a lot of the major gangs have admin and moderator not only aprt of them but building personal relationships with them. Im not saying this is the case in my scenario Im just saying I no longer want apart of it. Ban me, Jail me, Warn me. I honestly dont think its gonna matter cause Frank Franklin has just left the Eclipse Server. I don't need this kind of stress from a game.
