Thank you for taking your time to read this report i was with jamaar leader of The wanted and we was robbing store next to north lab and we heard shoot and went to lab and i saw red car is going out and we blocked him and as you can see in video i gave him damands pull over and get out car second time i told him get out car and hands up and i told him again but he get out car and start to aim at me which is poor rp because in irl if someone point gun at you he need to get out car and hands up because he cant do anything cuse if robber shoot you, you will die anyway i will just report him because in future i dont want this player to have problem. Why after having a gun to your head and not driving away (so you are now under fear RP) did you then step out of the vehicle and open fire? I did not open fire at all I stepped out of the vehicle with my weapon already drawn, as to do a mexican standoff, this can be seen in the video I provided. I had not re-holstered my weapon when re entering my vehicle as to keep it out thus already having it when I got back out of the car. RedHot Posted October 26, 2019 Report Share Posted October 26, 2019 @Johnny Lockwood Thankyou for replying, Unfortunatly as you had a gun to your head and your engine was on I would not say you were under Fear RP if you left the situation, however you did not leave the situation you sat there in the car then decided to exit it, this would be putting your life in direct danger so therefor Fear RP. You could have drove off pulled up down the road then opened fire with the car as cover for instance meaning your life would not then be in direct danger however you did not do this. Johnny Lockwood Posted October 26, 2019 Report Share Posted October 26, 2019 Yes one last thing to add in that situation the ONLY reason I didnt drive off was because my car was surrounded. I was also talking to the leader of the wanted who had just informed me that these people were in fact with him. So I figured at that point and time it was a mistake and misunderstanding and that I would be let go, the only reason this guy even had the oppurtunity to pull me over was because someone from wanted was trying to talk to me. I am a trial for the yakuza and I have to keep relations on the up and up with other gangs. All in all I don't think this is worth a report being that he won and took all my shit which totaled above 45K. The thing is he took advantage of a situation happening and was helped to block my car from uninvolved parties. All in all he took advantage.
