• When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

• Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

• When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

You can clearly see reported player after being aimed at him in close range and on bike, just drives away and doesn't value his life at all.

Hello @Emulsify ,

The only reason why I proceed to drive off it's because on my screen, something else happen. I drove off when I see his intent of getting back from bike, his gun was aimed at me when I was away from him. Due to desync we had different things on our screens. I never had the intent to break the FearRolePlay rule. Here is my point of view:

Hello, and thank you to everyone who responded with their side of the story and explained the reasoning for their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. We would also like to take this opportunity to give our sincerest apologies for the delay and thank all parties involved for remaining patient while this report has been carefully reviewed. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence as well as taking the statements of all parties involved into consideration, we have decided to conclude this report.

Player Jacob_Jordan will not receive any punishment(s).

First and foremost, we would like to address the lack of punishment for player Jacob_Jordan and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that the reporting party steps off his vehicle, equips his weapon and begins aiming it at Jacob_Jordan for a split second as he is in the process of driving away. The issue that arises with this situation is that the actions of player Jacob_Jordan is not in violation of any server rules. In the provided evidence, you began aiming the weapon as Jacob_Jordan was in the process of driving away and it is our belief that the split second the weapon was aimed at him while he was in the process of driving away was not enough for him to be required to display fear under the fear roleplay rules. Furthermore, comparing the provided evidence from both parties involved in this report, it can be seen that the situation which follows you stepping off the vehicle and aiming the weapon at Jacob_Jordan is a clear case of de-sync. In his point of view, you had not aimed the weapon until much later as he was in the process of driving away, and by the time both of you had synced up with one another Jacob_Jordan was already a great distance away from you and therefore exempt from acting under the fear roleplay rules.

Secondly, we would like to address the lack of punishment for player Jacob_Jordan in relation to the background chatter which can be heard in his provided evidence. After receiving evidence which would explain the background chatter, we are willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that no act(s) of relaying in-character information through out-of-character means had occurred.

Thank you for making this report! @ParsaPelox

Report is rejected and archived.

Kind regards,

Emulsify & Dqniel.
