• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

• Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

So i witnessed a crime scene of an ally being arrested, just me being there and a shotgun being shown on my back resulted in me being chased for a lengthy period of time by a enemy gang. in the video ID 42 who was in the passenger seat starting shooting at me and kept doing so without me prior harming or doing any damage beforehand. This resulted in me filing this report.

First off i did not kill anyone in the past 10-30 minutes in addition to that, if you say i killed you must provide ooc evidence of me doing so and that you have witnessed it. Only Then "With Roleplay Engagement" you could have shot at me. But i did not kill anyone, please provide your footage where you believe i killed anyone or "Cletus" as you must provide it, until then im waiting for an admin response. If more footage is required(admin) ill happily send it in private as it contains many sensitive info. No roleplay engagement was there just following me around the city when you randomly decided to shoot and hit me and my vehicle.

you must get your own valid reason to shoot me 1. i was not involved at all, i just came for one sec, saw the scene and went the hell out of there. Did you witness me shooting someone as i did not and you didnt provide any evidence in addition to this. 

Do you have clear evidence if i was involved 100%

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Hoxton_Curry [ID #42]] - [DM] - [Offense #3] Hoxton, I just watched a 13 minute video of the chase. The reporting party pulls up at one point for a brief moment near where the police were on the other side of the fence. He did not shoot a shotgun, he did not point a shotgun at anyone, he was not there for the death of your friends, and he didn't even get off of his bike at any point in the video and he was not under FearRP. You did not have DM rights to shoot this individual while he was fleeing.  If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.  Regards, Brawnkoh
