Brradurito
Player(s) being reported: ID 135 Date of interaction reported: 10/24/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 143 | 1571955603 Your characters name: Tony Chong Other player(s) involved: ID 135 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. 1. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. How did the player break the rule(s)? I had his vehicle hooked with a tow hook secured with a bolt i got called by a friend right next to the guy car i was about to tow i walked over there saw a friend i haven't seen in months so i yelled for him and went towered him he went to the direction of my tow truck where i saw ID 135 in his car i approached him and stated the car is hooked with a tow hook witch you can see in chat he never RP unhooking it from the car that the reasoning for NRP report after telling him it is secured to his chassey he proceeds to say ok then takes off driving with my tow truck attached in ncz zone smashing my tow truck into another car and multiple light post i don't see how his small brawler would be able to tow my tow truck i made a /report and he went to parking garage parked the car and logged off by the time a admin responded Evidence of rule breach: video of the indecent https://streamable.com/fkf74 screen clip of me pm him before he logged 1

Dqniel
Hello, and thank you to everyone who responded with their side of the story and explained the reasoning for their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. We would also like to take this opportunity to give our sincerest apologies for the delay and thank all parties involved for remaining patient while this report has been carefully reviewed. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence as well as taking the statements of all parties involved into consideration, we have decided to conclude this report. Player Harry_Antony will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment | Offense #1. To start off, we would like to address the punishment of player Harry_Antony and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you enter your vehicle which is securely and tightly hooked to the tow truck belonging to the reporting party, before ultimately driving away and dragging the tow truck with you. This goes without saying as the rulebreak in this situation is incredibly blatant, but the issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are not in accordance with our Non-Roleplay rules. Entering a vehicle which is tightly secured to a tow truck and driving off as if it had no effect on you whatsoever is not realistic in the slightest, and most certainly not how we intend for players to roleplay with one another. Claiming that you did not see the roleplay of the reporting party is not plausible in this situation, as his private message(s) to you should have prompted you to verify what he said by bringing up the chat history and eventually return the vehicle. Furthermore, in connection to you driving off with your vehicle in an unrealistic manner, it can be seen that you take the tow truck of the reporting party with you which is also considered a No Crime Zone violation. By unlawfully taking his tow truck along with your vehicle, you are commiting a crime all while being situated inside a No Crime Zone. As the name suggests and as is outlined in the rulebook, no actions that even come close to being classified as a crime may be done while in a No Crime Zone and therefore you are in violation of the rules. In saying this, we deem the actions displayed by you during this situation to be highly unrealistic and as such you will be issued with a Non-Roleplay punishment. Thank you for making this report! @Brradurito Report is accepted and archived. Kind regards, Emulsify & Dqniel.
