How did the player break the rule(s)?

First ID 4 , 25 and 17 started chasing me without reason. When my Trophy Truck engine stalled they said (Get the fuck out of the car) , then i get out the car and do what they said. I said what's happening and whats wrong , then they said don't talk i accepted and i don't talked (Then the man who said shut the fuck up entered my vehicle. And i said ,,left your the car, then i can take it'' , he said why you talking i don't said that you can talk , and i been quiet for some time.

 After all they started saying (Why you don't talking huh ? , say something) Then i said (Fuck Off) , after that they said i'm going to call Admin because you breaking NON-RP / FearRP i said okay because i do nothing wrong , because they wanted to i say something. After admin coming him he watched a video (IDK where he got the video). And said that i'm breaking Non-RP and FearRP ( WTF ) , and i got a ban after 1 Day of unban last thing what i seen it's Connection lost  . I want full video from @Mickeyyy , because my program can film only 10 mins. He said that he have full video. He said that i'm are a liar but it's wrong. I want that @Mickeyyy can explain all this. And what i do wrong.

As always moderators and other server staff is in Gang sides. 

 

BTW - ID 25 punched me without a reason with /me and /do commands.

I do not see how this report belongs here because in your evidence alone you show Fear RP when they say "speak again and I will shoot you in the mouth" and you almost immediately start speaking again.

 

As for the evidence here it is.

Multiple times you speak after being told not too "I will remember you" " i have an army"  you said "i dont understand" after they asked if you know what shut up means.

Your own evidence incriminates you. I am not biased towards gangs. I have characters in law enforcement as well as a gang. I have punished people that reside in the gang faction I belong too. 

Your allegations against staff being biased towards gangs are not justified. 3/4 of staff are not even in gangs. 

Also you tried to argue that you wouldnt icly see the man behind you, then argued that his weapon wasnt pointed at you. Once I pasted the fear rp rule to you regarding that you then decided to complain about being robbed multiple times a day as if that justifies breaking rules. You then say you hate the server and I banned you. Evidence is in your chat logs.

It was also very obvious from seeing both video that you decided to be quiet once you heard me tp there. 

Also i will add that this was your NonRP#7 so a ban was the ONLY punishment option I had.

So if i say i hate server it's INSTA PERMABAN ? I don't said i directly that i hate (EclipseRP) server .

By the way some actions in their side are Non-RP , why he punched in my face with /me command without a reason when i been quiet ? And why the all IC things are doing in faction chat ? It's no a(Metagaming ? KILL THE GUY AHAH)

You agreed to it, you had already been told to be quiet or you will die so techincally they could have killed you and been perfectly within the rules. And no you were perma banned because it was your Nonrp #7

Also I noticed at one point in ooc chat you stated along the lines of "I have law of voice" which I'm assuming you meaning you have the right to speak when you want, well when a gun is aimed at you and you are told to be quiet or you will die, your right to speak is revoked unless you want to die or do not fear for your life.

This is all I feel I need to say in regards to this. Unless higher admin needs my response then I will no longer reply.

Okay then why i don't see in video that any weapon aimed to me ? So lack of proofs ?

They would not be within their rights to kill me as this would be classed as "trigger happy behaviour". As this in this report and ruled on by NBDY and why the people got punished with DM. Are you saying this type of RP is OK? As it not according to the founder of the server so why you are pushing this type of RP...

Id also like to ask why you respond to so many reports about ZETAs when you are in the gang. You responded to a report from them ( your mates) where they then send a video in private off the forums and now I am banned? How is that fair, sometimes English is not the best that people need to time to give a response to complex situations not just in /b while its being spammed and its just group bullying in /b if you are all same gang. 

In your footage alone provided you saw meta gaming and DM by them hitting me when I was complying with their demands but issue no punishment's??. I am asking an Senior Admin how is that OK behaviour for a moderator to be treating his gang differently. Where are standards?

You accuse me of being biased because I was sent a video of evidence as to you fear rping. You tried denying it when the video literally shows you breaking it. Conveniently your video only starts AFTER most of it is done.

Once again if you read the rules, the weapon does not need to be aimed at you when RP is happening, which I linked to you in game. Also once again since you broke fear rp they can kill you and be within the rules. Instead they decided to rp punching you which you agreed too.

Also the report you linked for reference is a completely different situation. They gave the demand once and killed. They had told you 3-4 times to stop talking yet you refused. There is a difference between someone being trigger happy and being patient and not killing you even though they could have after the third time of them telling you to be quiet or die and you refusing.

 

13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

14. Deathmatch (DM)

Okay , so no difference are who writing a responses (ME WRITING By The Way). Me with a friend had a lot of Discussion about this thread and we came to the conclusion.

I don't want write anymore about you and others. Let's wait to Administrators reply.

Hello, thank you for your report.

The video provided by Mickeyyy displays clear poor role-play from your side, and a violation of our Fear RP rule. There are three armed gang affiliated individuals with you, in the middle of nowhere, and they're in the process of robbing you. Knowing that they are armed, and the environment you are in, you proceed to insult them and acting obnoxious. I don't see you fearing for your characters life or the consequences for what you're doing, their response to your behavior seems perfectly fine to me. You not only insulted them, but you also THREATENED them in the middle of everything. 

This has nothing to do with anyone being biased towards anyone, there's clear issues from your side in this situation that was corrected by Mickeyyy. He followed our punishment guidelines as we instruct our staff to do at all times. 

If you want to appeal a punishment e.g. ban, you should do so through a punishment appeal. 

In the future, I can only recommend that you adapt to situations and act accordingly, your acting during this life-threatening situation was sub-par.
