Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? So me and my friend (ID 98) were cooking at LDS and they come to rob us. After good 5 minutes of patting us down, giving us a haircut, breaking our phones, we were down on our knees, unarmed, obeying their commands. In the video you can see how ID 118 kills me with bare hands while I'm standing still in one place without resisting or anything. Even his friend says "Stop hitting him". He is correct that we rolled up to LSD and started to rob them, they complied with all of our demands but what is not showed in the video is how much they were talking, insulting me and my friends over and over repeatedly, because of this, I decided to give the man another demand which was to not say another word or he would die. He failed to show reasonable value of his life and decided to say "word" after I told him "one more word and your dead". After he said this, I decided to stick to my word and I killed him for disobeying my direct demand to stop speaking. Yes, it was probably unrealistic to kill the man because of this, but it was not DM. Even the admin I called on the scene reviewed the logs and it showed him saying "word" however me giving the demand to not speak was in voip so he could not find that, but the guy admitted to disobeying my demands to the admin. The admin on scene voided the rp all together due to the fact that he broke fear rp but it was also unrealistic to kill him for the reasons I did. All together the video evidence only shows me killing him, it fails to show him directly breaking fear rp and disobeying my direct order to stop speaking. Even after the rp was voided I was going to go about my day and he proceeded to OOC insult me, which I have screenshots if needed. Spaghetti187 Posted October 21, 2019 Report Share Posted October 21, 2019 (edited) I do not have video evidence of you breaking fear rp, however everyone around me saw you not listen to my direct demands, as well as the admin going through the logs physically seeing you say "word" I dont which admin I believe it was punched (not too sure if thats his name), you also admitted to the admin that you did not listen to my demand to stop speaking. Plus, you did not attach any solid proof that would make your actions legal. And I certanly wasnt disobidiant to you as shown in the video. Spaghetti187 Posted October 22, 2019 Report Share Posted October 22, 2019 Not only did you not listen to my demand to stop speaking earlier that isn’t shown in the video, but watching it back a second time you failed to comply with demands twice in the video, my accomplice said if you talked again you die, and right after you said “Gerald?” so once again failed to listen to demands, also, as silly as it may be, my other accomplice pointed a gun at you and said “start dancing” which you also failed to comply with, so all in all that’s 3 demands you didn’t listen to, does not seem like you had very much value for your life in this scenario Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Stop talking commands was reffering to ID 98 as I didnt say anything. Did you also notice by rewatching how unnecessary was your actions at the end? @YuSoHelpful I made a report because I wanted to show how it happend since the admin didnt want the video footage and I wasnt satisfied with just voiding rp. Also I think he deserves punishment for DM. Aditionally, the voiding seemed really unfair to me because after it was finished, I remained without my bag full of marihuana plants, my haircut, phone battery. I do not ask for tbose items, Im just giving reasons for making a report here. I also said to that admin ingame that I Will be making a report on forum to provide video footage and he didnt say that its forbidden or something. I spoke to the players involved at length and confirmed the situation that unfolded beforehand. Both James_Oakley and the Rex_Rogers confirmed that after Rex_Rogers gave the demand to "stop talking" (in an aggressive manner fitting the roleplay), James_Oakley said "word". I find it quite suspicious that James_Oakley is attempting to hide/ignore some important evidence, as well as not including it in the video he provided. In the end, I decided to void the RP altogether with no punishments issued. I would recommend having James_Oakley provide a longer video detailing what occurred from the start to the end of the whole RP, however it is at your discretion. If I remember correctly, the full video is 120 seconds long and I can share the complete version when I come back. The reason why I cropped the video is because of the maximum upload size allowed by the streamable.com site. I did not intend to do anything suspicious nor hide things. The thing that I thought is important is the way Rex_Rogers killed my character while complying to his demands and standing still, not trying to run or do anything. The whole outcome of the situation should be illegal and it has no sense in rp whatsoever. How is it rp if he killed me without really having a reason to do it, after robbing all of my stuff without me restisting, breaking my phone battery, shaving my head and so on, and still, I was standing there harmless not intending to resist or run. Are you really telling me that his action with 2 or 3 more crew members around him can go unpunished? And still, with the video evidence I am being questioned like I am the bad guy here. He didnt provide anything except his words while saying he has no video proof. If he is an experienced player who knows that in robbing kind of situations things can go wrong and some people tend to break rules, maybe he has a video but doesnt want to share it because you would see exactly what you saw on video I shared, which is him killing me with no good reason as I said before.
