Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. In the video and via my view I came down that road and you pulled out in front of me. Which in turn caused me to hit you. And me saying Who? was meant to be typed in the phone due to I had you typing, my radio going off, and someone on my phone. Kind of hard to have 3 conversations at once. Also Im not the only person you started threatening with reports. The fact you used MY screenshot I sent to report you for false accusations via OOC is funny to me @Revelt. Considering you claimed to have ALL the footage and YOU were reporting me. Seems your claiming a lot of stuff with no actual proof on your end. Want to report me for the honest mistake in not typing /phone prior, then that's on you. But at least uphold having your own VISUAL proof. You were at the hospital the entire time this situation occurred. And were constantly threatening to report people on dumb shit. Also in regards to the second video, I saw nothing. I was present for that. Throughout the entire video pertaining to the powergaming, all I saw was screenswapping, fast forwarding, rewinding, and other crap. Never once saw anyone do anything. I never even saw anyone take anything from you. Maybe my eyes played tricks. By the way, you BOTH bombarded me in a discord about this. You had nothing to do with it considering you WERENT present. Make your own report. Also my ID is 9. So when your going to report people make sure you get the ID # correct so you don't get the wrong person in trouble. Attached are screenshots I took for the false accusations which he was told via Discord via the party involved who is the original poster. Revelt took it upon himself to start spamming people in game and spamming OOC about rules and such and made it very unenjoyable for everyone. From what I heard and have read on the forums, this isn't the first time Revelt has been guilty of this. He tends to be a stickler on EVERYTHING when nothing goes his way. As you can see in these screenshots and via this report. The player IDs do not match to either of these peoples report when it comes to the VDM and NonRP. But again. @Revelt you attacked ME, player ID 9 in OOC. And here your boy is reporting someone completely different. Seems you two need to get your stories straight. I spoke to MY guys @Revelt he didn't know about pre-rping before the request. Due to cops have done it without RP to him. However Im curious why your guy went ahead and ACCEPTED the request without saying something. He had no issues talking in chat and asking why he did and saying hes a normal guy. He could have easily typed in OOC that 109 needed to do the RP. Seems your grasping at straws here imho. You talk about fixing things and how ALL your guys are trained in proper RP, yet this guy who was supposedly a victim of broken rules, doesn't seem to know the RP either clearly. He never once had issues with anyone nor anything UNTIL you started screaming in OOC about rules being broken. Admins is there anyway we can see actual clips of these videos that aren't completely destroyed via alt tab and other nonsense. Because I will say it straight up, I slammed straight into him but due to he went barreling off road through shacks and came onto a road trying to cut across 3 lanes of traffic. When this was all going on, it was a chase, with in my eyes a lot of desync. Same for a few others. A few of us never saw the car go up and others did. Some of us saw it right side up and others didn't. Same goes for people trying to get into the car. Some could and others couldn't. These short 20 second clips that in reality show 1-3 seconds worth of footage, don't help anyone. They just raise more questions as to, what really want on. In the discord call I had with Revelt AND the OP, the OP was the only one with footage and kept having to screen share with me. So clearly he has bigger clips and is able to show more. But for some reason isn't. Revelt according to the call had 0 proof of anything. He was just the accuser in OOC. The screenshot he shared came from my own screenshots. And I can prove that. I only had a gun pointed at the guy in the white comet as to getting him to get out of his car and on his knees...so what are we doing here right now? you need calm down with the reports mate. Accusing me of something?As you can see in the videos a lot of cars which were involved in the chase which also causes HELL LOT OF DESYNC and cars hitting each other. Trying to nudge cars somewhere so they cant get away. He came up behind everyone late. If my OBS actually worked, I would have footage but it doesn't agree with my other software. So yeah when he was flooring it to come back us up, he probably did hit you going 70 due to no offense brakes suck. And his car doesn't have many upgrades. He hit you and in turn you slammed into EVERYONE and your car flipped. It was him joking. We all were talking about it on the side of the road afterwards because we have never seen it happen. This is why this proof thing can either be a good thing or a really bad thing because if I had footage, you would have seen ALL the ooc shit Revelt did. Constant spamming and insults regarding people not knowing rules and shit. But I don't. However clearly you record everything. So why not post ALL that. Since we are referring to rule breaking. Report Revelt too. Edit - Last thing Im saying on this matter due to I don't want to drag this out beyond belief. I will wait for the admins to decide. Hopefully OP does the right thing and now reports everything else that went wrong including the shit Revelt did because the OOC shit was insane. Broke RP and everything. Sincerely, alexalex303 and Brawnkoh I ID 12 and by the name James Schweizer hit the car once in the chase from the back end to make it lose control and stop or probably stall it. On my screen there were a lot of vehicles involved in the case which is seen in the video and that caused me to have a massive desync and lag ,where on my screen i would think i didnt hit anyone but on the others screen it might be different. Furthermore cars were hitting each other because we were all very close to each other and not all had good brakes to be honest . Please understand i never wanted this to go to the forums because i respect other roleplayers and would never take my IC anger out on someone in OOC. I only noticed there was some misunderstandings after it was brought up here.
