• 14. Deathmatch (DM)

• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

• Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes.

• Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee.

• The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules.

• If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area.

  • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

As you see in the first part of the clip im eating a sandwich by my bike and this person ID 19 comes up and just takes my bike and before i could really react she was already out of range. Then Id 23 ran me over twice during this incident as you will see in the second clip as i see my bike fly by and that was ID 58 and then i turn around and granted i am in the middle of the street but he swerves to hit me and this was ID 23, and Id 19. Then in the third clip i see ID 19 and i try to chase then her friend ID 23 runs me over again and then he pretends to not know ID 19 when she is looting me. As you see these players do not know the rules and after losing everything in my bike and what i had on my body due to a simple rule break they deserve to be punished and their was no interaction before this.

These people killed me and ran me over 2times in a row. First they killed me while I was just standing around and then second time they vdm me.

I also want to report Id 93 and 38 because they are also involved in this group. They just running around killing people . 

I don't have clips and videos because my laptop lags when I record gameplay but I took few of pictures with my phone,I will try to record from now on because of cheaters and rule breakers.
