• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

• Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

First of all we got 2 videos from 2 diffrent situations. In the first video i had a backup call from my friends near the store so i went to check that out, i saw my friends body and another of my friends was there too, id 149(He should be the guy who killed my friend) was circling around us and i was trying to pick up my other friend from there(walker). after that i thought we are a safe distance from id 149 i picked up my friend and we were moving on the bike but id 149 suddenly opened fire on us while non of us were under fear rp and there was no demands given( we were not under fearrp btw ). you can see that rawii pulls his gun out but its a bit after that id 149 opened fire. It is a dm in my eyes because the guy had no KOS on me and opened fire on us without giving any demands. Second video : So after that we were in a active chase with id 149 and the rest of the players which i mentioned on the title, the chase took about 10 minutes i guess and i was lagging so they probably realized that they shouldn't put their vehicles right behind me because i had a guy on my bike so i was going about 140 max, so i can't lose them with that lag and 2 drags+1v12+elegy behind me , but the players decided to chase me without keeping the safe distance to avoid ramming me(maybe vdm'ing), as i was lagging a bit the elegy behind me rammed me over and we fell off the bike, i was the driver they had no kos on me because i didn't do anything but picking up my friend and running away with the bike. after they rammed me, i think all of them except id 21 opened fire on me without giving any demands and giving me time to get up and put my hands up, i didn't reach for any gun as you can see in the video. I don't have a problem with that ram because i was lagging , they could keep the safe distance and follow the chase but they decided to do that but i am cool with that because they have the right to do that, its not their fault that my pc is not showing enough performance to have a quality chase with the other players. But they could giving me some distance to play with and be fair about it, however i will wait for their respond and the staff respond to the report. thanks for reading this.

There is a very small timing between id 149 opening fire and my friend aiming the gun at him, i leave this to the staff member to decide but in my eye he shot with no reason as we were leaving the area and my friend was not pointing a gun at him before he opened fire.

next video :

 

as they rammed me (on purpose or not) most of them opened fire on me and didn't give me time to put my hands up in the air.i have to mention that id 180 is not one of their gang members and accidently joined the chase with no scenario before that and as you can see he is talking about shooting us when i am on the ground which is not acceptable at all because he was not involved in the first video and was not a zeta member and even if he was he couldn't open fire on me without giving demands. i ask the reported party to respond to the report especially for the second video. 

Edit: i have to mention that the only and only guy who could shot us on the second video was id 149. non of them witnessed that rawii shot him(after id 149 opened fire btw). You maybe tell that id 149 informed his friend about this, but as a experienced player who is playing for awhile here, you are probably aware that you HAVE to see that a guy shoted your friend to make sure that you are not opening fire on a player who you don't have KOS on him. The only guy who could open fire was id 149 and only on the second video not the first one but you can see that most of them opened fire not only on id 36 but on me when i was only the bike rider and never shoted any bullets and never got off from my bike too.

Additional:

one of my friends gave me a link to a report which Javnish_Karinki recieved a dm report for shooting a player when saw one of his friends shot at the player. you can see the staff member respond to the report too about the offence that Javnish_Karinki recieved:

 Secondly, we would like to address the punishment of player Javnish_Karinki and the reasoning behind it. It is not under any circumstances acceptable to shoot at players simply because other people are shooting at them. You must have established your own valid reason(s) to shoot at a player, at all times.

its a similar situation in my eye. You cant shoot a guy because your friend is shooting at him.(which was dm from the first guy too.)

yeah, i am wondering why too?! wait for the staff member and don't spam the topic. if you want to share any evidence or describtion go on. you can clearly watch the video and see your id above your head too. I don't understand your comment here!

It's been more than 1 week that I have made the report and no staff member has responded, I ask the staff members to respond as quick as possible because this report probably contains a staff member in the reported party and will take awhile to be discussed.

Hello and thank you for making this report. 

Unfortunately  due to the low quality of the videos provided, we are unable to come to clear conclusions on the reports as well as find different players when using the unix stamp reported. 

"Report must include the unix date/time stamp of the situation which can be found on the HUD at any point while in-game next to your ID in the bottom left corner."
