8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

• Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

• Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

• In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. 

• Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

• In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

• 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

• Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

• Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

• • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

  • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

  • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

  • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

• Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

• • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled.

  • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

  • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

• As a victim, whose life is in direct danger:

• • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you.

  • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker.

• How did the player break the rule(s)?

• So i was alone in chilliad when this guy came up and tried to rob me so I went my ways and then when I was with my friends we saw him in Braddocks lab cooking we tried to give him gun point at the lab but he drove off, then he stopped next to the bridge and we held him at gun point and told him to get out but he kept driving. And then we killed him while he was driving and he logged off when I was looting him.

Hello . ID 12 here. first of all congrats for uploading a video from your deathmatching .what happends back there you are demanding me to get off my bike while i am atleast speeding around 70km/h which is not called fear rp and if you shoot at the person which is driving away with 70km/h it is against the rules and it is called deatmatching. you are only able to shoot a person on 4 conditions :#1 the victim is breaking fear rp #2 the victim is attempting to hurt you or your friends #3 the victim is not complying while guns pointed at close range #4 the victim reports you for doing a major crime so were clear of the fear rp now .and about the combat log when you killed me my body went under the ground so what i thought was relogging .so ive relogged and when i came back i saw no one back there and if you don believe me you can ask Admin @tnewty which i had a situation after 2 mins of my relog with him.maybe that was my fault relogging without a notice but that still doesnt change anything because i early have heard from a police officer that you must wait 15mins when a person gets dcied to avoid the rp situation you had and report him for combat logging which i was in the server after 2 minutes

One more thing .during the situation i can hear your friends voice through your record which is not normal and that shows you are using discord or any client like it which is called meta gaming i am kindly asking the admin who is going to review this report asks @Ginobiliif he can show us a non edited video and a full time one so we actually can see if there is any metagaming going on back there or not

Your tire was popped I don't think you can go 70km/h + cause you were going forth and back multiple times and you were going up a hill and when my friend gave you commands you were going on like 30km/h if not lower, you were going up a hill when he was close to you giving you demands

And about the meta gaming, It would be meta game if echo would hear from his voice because due to 2 different voice collections from discord and Rage so there's no possible way for me to meta

Hello, i am Gustav Slav a player that is involved in this. So about the reloging if you relog in a midle of rp you have to contact admins and the players involved. Plus at one time you tried riding up a mountain, you could not make it couse your tire was poped i gave you demands and you just drove off and got shot.

Can you explain your thought process behind this? Do you have a video from your perspective by any chance? @Ginobili please ensure the time stamp from your videos is accurate according to when the player was clearly active. Your time stamp was not in this video.
