ID 56 Combat Logging

Recommended Posts

Player(s) being reported: ID 56
Date of interaction reported: 17OCT2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1571365537

Your characters name: Jack Mickelson

Other player(s) involved: N/A

Specific rule(s) broken:

8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

  • Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

  • Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

  • Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

  • In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through.

  • Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

  • In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I responded to a 911 call of a vehicle being broken into. We arrived on scene and nothing was found so we cleared. A few minutes later I decided to drive past it again and found ID 56 actively trying to bobby pin the vehicle. I attempted to engage him about it before he tried to run and I deployed my taser. He immediately disconnected and never returned. During the 15 minute window I was forced to sit there and not be able to respond to a Code 1 call from another Officer.

PLAYER REPORT PENDING RESPONSES

Thank you for your patience while this report is under review.

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, I have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. The following players will be required to provide their side of the story from this situation within the next twenty-four (24) hours:

  • [Noah_Scott [ID #56]] - [ @SpeedTire ] - Could you explain why did you appear to purposely log out during the active roleplay? If this was by accident could you provide me with any evidence showing me you attempted to let the other player know that you had disconnected.

If the players above fail to respond to this report within the next twenty-four (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Regards,
tnewty

Yea, I was bobby pinning a vehicle as seen in the video.

This guy came and tazed me, my game crashed. This is not an excuse , but as seen in the chat it said Timeout

I was like.. my game crashed any ways so let's watch some youtube and get back within 15 mins.

20+ mins later then I realized that I forgot that I had to get back and so, I didn't back in the game anymore cause it was longer than 15 mins.

I admit that my game crashed and didn't come back. I'm ready to receive the punishment.

I am currently banned for hacking (might be false ban because I didn't use any cheat) and now I'm waiting for my appeal to get reviewed.

If you will ban me, I don't know if it's a permanent ban or not if not, just wait for my appeal to get accepted and apply the ban duration later.

Thank you
