GoldenEye
Player(s) being reported: ID 19 and 80 Date of interaction reported: 18/OCT/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 3 Your characters name: Jordan Stephenson Other player(s) involved: Steve Martinez - Reginald Williamson and more Specific rule(s) broken: 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? We received a call that multiple trucks are ramming people and immobilizing their vehicles in order to rob them. One of our officers responded to the call and they began to ram him too. When I arrived, I noticed that 2 of them were holding an empty crate ( I have evidence that it was empty ) in order to cover their themselves ( can be seen in the video ). I ICly knew one of them and if the did not have that crate I could have pressed charge on him. shook
I did rp showing I had set the crate on the seat. I had returned from a mining run. Not sure why the officer is claiming I intentionally did this to hide my face as I was not even involved in this incident.

shook
You claimed that you received a call about trucks ramming and immobilizing people. That’s false as we all came from the foundry. We randomly met up with a player we knew in a black jester...literally all parked talking. The police then arrived and initially followed the jester. You were chasing a black jester until the purple mule decided to hit you. In the video you show I am sitting there not moving. I also ended up trying to leave the pursuit and have video of me moving out of the way as you were chasing the purple mule. You also further stated that I intentionally used the crate to hide my face. This is also not true whatsoever. I hope this is my last time responding to this and neither of those two things were factual. It’s sad that this is even a report as it seemed to be a fun rp on both sides. Emulsify
ID 19 - @shook - Do you have any evidence of the RP that entailed placing the crate on the passenger seat? This same question also applies to ID 80 - @Froosy. Edited October 28, 2019 by Emulsify
Dqniel
Hello, and thank you to everyone who responded with their side of the story and explained the reasoning for their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. We would also like to take this opportunity to give our sincerest apologies for the delay and thank all parties involved for remaining patient while this report has been carefully reviewed. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence as well as taking the statements of all parties involved into consideration, we have decided to conclude this report. Player Richie_Guzman will receive a warning for powergaming | Offense #1 Player Faris_San will receive a warning for Powergaming | Offense #1 Player Jordan_Stephenson will receive a verbal warning for Non-Roleplay. First and foremost, we would like to address the punishment of player Richie_Guzman and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you are holding a crate with both of your hands all while operating a moving vehicle. This goes without saying as the rulebreak is incredibly blatant, but the issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are not in accordance with our Powergaming rules. The animation of holding a crate within our server uses both of the players hands while driving also requires both, thus making your actions in this situation highly unrealistic. In order to make sure this is an isolated incident which will not repeat itself again, i want to remind you for future reference that operating and or driving a vehicle while holding a crate, bag, or anything that would both obstruct your view and come off as highly unrealistic to hold while driving falls under powergaming and is in violation of the server rules. I acknowledge and understand that you supposedly roleplayed placing the crate on the vehicles passenger seat, but as there has been no evidence whatsoever to support this claim we can only work with the evidence of the reporting party and conclude this report based on that. I want to remind you for future reference, that if you are to perform an action which will influence potential roleplay in the future, you must have out of character evidence of performing or conducting said roleplay and this applies to your situation as well. Secondly, we would like to address the punishment of player Faris_San and the reasoning behind it. Thirdly, we would like to address the verbal warning given to the reporting party and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that as you are driving In the provided evidence of this report it could be seen that you collided into the front of a mule while being situated on a police bike. Realistically you would have been seriously injured in this accent but this was not shown within the provided evidence of this report. In the provided evidence, it can be seen that after being side swiped off your bike, you proceed to jump straight up, hop on your bike and continue the chase as if the collision had no effect on your character whatsoever. This is not acceptable roleplay, and for future reference i sincerely encourage you to roleplay more realistic injuries in situations like these. Thank you for making this report! @GoldenEye Report is accepted and archived. Kind regards, Emulsify & Dqniel.
