JakeInnit_
Player(s) being reported: ID 12 Date of interaction reported: 13/10/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1570978734 Your characters name: Elizabeth West (ID 53) Other player(s) involved: Thraxamillian Reeves (ID 126) @Thraxxylicious, Liam Gunarr (ID 170) @Hootless, Flint Capone (ID 81) @MrUntouchable215 Specific rule(s) broken: Quote 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? The alone officer approaches a huge group of known gang members who are armed with heavy weapons, the officer then proceeds to exit his car and withdraws a weapon while under Fear-RP. I believe officers should not be trying to engage in a fight when they are so clearly outnumbered, it is not good RP, and is arguably Non-RP, they are literally just killing themselves. TheBrohman
Hi! Id 12 here. So, I had just responded to a call about Zetas robbing someone. As we were leaving I noticed a lot of vehicles around us and I asked the people I had just helped if it was their friends. They said something along the lines of "Yeah we're good" and I kept moving to leave the scene. Then I saw the one guy on his knees and one person aiming a gun at him. I noticed the rest being in the car, except for the one guy (the reporting video) which I could not see the weapon of. So in my eyes, the situation was one car, two people in the car, one person behind the car, and one person with a gun aimed at someone else. Seeing as I got into the car with the gun in my hands, once I stepped out of my car, the gun automatically gets drawn. Realizing this, and now seeing the person that was behind the car having a gun, I tried to face away from them and jump away to show that I wasn't going to shoot, and they opened fire (rightfully so) as I turned around. At that point I turned back and returned fire, as it would be unrealistic to not try to save my life when I am being shot at. I completely understand that the reporting party chose to make the report and I accept the decision of staffmembers.
JakeInnit_
Regardless of the weapons drawn, my video shows around 20 gang members all in that location who could be heavily armed, it makes no sense to charge into the middle of that group. It shows your characters life means very little to you. When you get out of that vehicle you shouldn't have drawn a weapon, you should've put your hands up. Hootless
Anything other than what you did would have made sense, no movement at all makes it look like you would possibly surrender. Running away give the strong idea that you have no interest in complying and plan to act as the terminator as plenty of other officers do. I PROMISE that if you stood still and put your hands up at the earliest possibility we would not have killed you. I am unsure whether i believe that you got out the car with your weapon in hand because I'm fairly certain that you don't do that and have had plenty of instances where i got into a car with a heavy weapon in hands and got out with it on my back. The only times you 100% get out of a car with a heavy weapon is when you equip it in the car. It is extremely poor that you would drive into a scene like that and i would appreciate it if you could look at your chances of surviving said situation. There were 2 people with heavy weapons outside of a vehicle when you started to get out of yours which would make you at a severe disadvantage without considering the 10-15 people surrounding you in vehicles.

YuSoHelpful
PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Daniel_Collin [ID #12] - Non-RP - Offense #2 - Breach of Fear-RP. I do believe you, when you say you had seen the situation differently, that happens. This does however still put you under direct Fear-RP from the beginning. You continue to pull out your gun (possible that you had it when exiting the vehicle) while being aimed at and given demands and you go and turn your back towards them. You then turn around and open fire in response. Yet you had your back turned towards the people who gave you demands. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
