Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. I was chasing a car on my drag when he tries to swerve and hit me with his car 3 times. the first 2 times i avoided him ramming me, the 3rd time he actually hits me with his car then proceeds to bank (NCZ). Asked him to leave NCZ since a crime was committed. The response from ID 160 was to "take it to fourms". Im going to address your statements and allegations that you made me against me. But first I would asl, that not a zetta member staff will check my appeal as far as i know, Yusohelpful,is a zetta, he has a zetta character on his account, and i dont know if he has or has not previous thoughts on my organization as he is against me currently and in war, I would like to ask another staff member to check this report if possible, (Not a zetta staff member). Now on to the report itself.You are stating that you started chasing me,and i rammed you multiple times on purpose and then fled to the NCZ lets start with this. a ram may be accidental and may be for self defense.It isnt classified as an illegal action at all times.Now here is my footage and im going to speak about it with time stamps. As you can see 1:10 the chase starting with these words: ''Out of the carr nigguh'' it put my character in fear.to as if i would actually rammed you by accident its not a crime all actions that would have been taken against you are classified as legally as self defense now lets continue we got on the highway and i was heading to bank, as i did not engage in any criminal activity, as a citizen im allowed to flee to a camera zone where criminals wont do their crime as in real life you run to the most public place oyu can think of on time 2:20 you can see me from my footage switching lanes, i did not know there was another bike behind me,so it cant be classified as an attempt to ram someone, i had no intention to ram someone there, i was just switching lanes, and from your footage it looks like im going to ram you but its false another thing,you are with your bike super close to my car completely disregarding the fact that you are on a bike what would have happend if i decided to just brake? you would have hit me and flew to the sky even i would have did a brake intentional but as a reasonable brake to like make a turn. on 2:55 you see me noticing the bike and the player 170 i thought my car is faster and i wanted to bait them that im going to switch sides aka going on the left road, to bait them so they wont follow me and ill have more space to escape there was no attempt to ram, as you see im backing off soon as is ee im getting close to him keeping in mind that the words that started this chase is ''out of the car nigguh'' dont knowi f gun was aimed as soon as i saw that im getting close to 170 that i can hit him i backed off as because of the DM rules then you seem head straight to the bank 3:14 i noticed the bike indeed but had no intention to ram him i switched lane. did no attempt to ram him he drove into me not me into him again disregarding the facr that he is on teh bike if you are chasing a car, that is more massive than you when your on a bike you should chase but keep your distance just like IRL even a small small small touch would have sent you flying then i turn and head straight to the bank.And there it ends no criminal activity was taken from my side upon reporting party.And again i would NOT like a zetta staff member to check this report. look how the bike comes to me real close 170 on time 3:28 again disregarding the fact he is on a bike i see it as not valuing your life what so ever no one in a right state of mind drives so close to his pursued person, after threatening him and then chasing him. and they clearly tried to bait me with the bikes aka using ooc rules to make an IC scenario and its not the first time they done it bikes should not be allowed to not value their life like that...thanks,wont be replying to any zetta comment,as i know they will start arguing like allways, iwill be waiting for a staff member.they think every attempt to hit after threatening someone is a criminal activity clearly they do not know how the legal system works and they only want to flex and fight. after such threat,even if i would have hit you its called ''self defense'' thank you. You’re literally crossing the whole road attempting to hit the guy on the bike multiple times. At one point you almost went to the other side of the road/hit the barrier. I do believe that the reported party, Sangres_Niznik @ItzCrusherr, tried to BLOCK you guys from passing him instead of trying to ram you off your bikes. This became clear by his footage.
