Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? The player initially broke FRP in video 1, where he is approached out the bush by Jae_Fang aiming an SMG directly at him in close proximity, making demands - The reported party then drives off under direct gunpoint from a heavy weapon. In video 2, you can see me witness the player break FRP after we planned the hit, I then jump in my car proceeding to chase him. In video 3, the reported party breaches FRP for a second time by drawing his guns out whilst being held under gunpoint by heavy weapons merely a meter away from his head by myself and @Meggs_56 and proceeds to open fire on both of us. Before the party claims of "NRP driving" I was managing my speed at all times up the hill. I also gently tapped the back wheel of his bike going around 30-40kmh instead of full on running him over - As he did not follow the demands and fled being shot at, this is allowed. You can see in my video (the first one) that I aimed my gun and gave demands at ID 76 as he was somewhat driving away. However, he stopped his bike (you can see his foot hitting the ground at :15-:16) while I was still giving demands and decided to drive off, at which point I opened fire on the individual. I noticed him lagging at :19 or so, and stopped shooting at him in the event that his intentions were to stop the bike. After a few seconds of waiting, his bike was still moving up the path at which point I began opening fire on him again; it seemed it was not his intention to stop. The player proceeded to PM me saying he was lagging. I responded by telling him "If you come back and attempt to make the scene correct, that would be fantastic as we could avoid a report". I told my team to not shoot and put in faction chat that I was "trying to PM him to make the situation right." However, I did not get a response to that statement from ID 76 at which point we continued pursuit and ended up downing him regardless. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the first video you can see that i came to a lab saw triads in there and decided to leave you can see even in the video that i was lagging hard. For me when i started driving he wasnt even near me yet just after that he appeared.Yes i did tried to contact you because i was confused why did i got shot,but i couldnt text you back because your friends kept on chasing,shooting and trying to ram me off my bike.In the third video in your eyes you think i broke fear-rp but in my POV there was no gun aimed at me and i had my gun already drawn. First off if you do not have footage of the first scenario then I'm afraid there is no further way we can help you, from our pov you blatantly broke FRP. Secondly I would also like to raise the following - You claim that you already had your gun drawn, watching your own footage you can be seen abusing the weapon draw bug where you press B to fully bypass the gun draw anim, then combat rolling and opening fire. Abusing a bug to gain a 1/2 second advantage over both myself and @Meggs_56 and avoid yourself being put under FRP. Please reference my bug report I made earlier today in relation to this, to help the staff who take this report with understanding how the bug was abused.
