Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was at the gas station, where ID 45 pulls up on us out of nowhere taking his gun out and begins shooting without having us under Fear RP. As he first leaves the car I begin driving away as he begins shooting. As you can see in the video evidence, no demands were heard nor given, He was too far to be heard as he was also behind his car talking and not shouting. hamdanzf Posted October 13, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 13, 2019 “Considering I was giving you demands when you were stationary in a bike.” In both videos we can see that no demands were given nor heard. Seems like a problem with VOIP. I would’ve concidered the situation differently if the demands were to be heard, although nothing was heard. hamdanzf Posted October 13, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 13, 2019 According to the video and to the screenshots that I just provided, When I reached 17kmh, your voip was on although not any demands were told or given. As I reached around 35kmh+ I was shot for no reason. I wasn’t under fear rp, due to no demands being given and due to me already reaching a speed of 17kmh before having a gun being aimed at me with the voip on. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

hamdanzf Posted October 14, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 14, 2019 Even if you aimed a shotgun, thinking and claiming that I’m under fear rp, that I should stand still and wait without any demands? No demands were given, nor could’ve been heard. 1: I had a helmet on. 2: I was driving at a speed of 35+ kmh when being shot. 3: You gave me 1 second to respond ? After careful deliberation with multiple senior staff members, we have come to the following conclusion: Player ID 45 - Hoxton_Curry - @Hoxton_Curry will receive DM #2 There are three main factors to this: One, the fact that his demands can not be clearly heard on the reporter's video, nor his own video. The fact that the bike was already moving (cca. 17 km/h) when the gun was actually aimed. The fact that you shot immediately after making the demands. All in all, we feel that the bike managed to successfully escape, and you shooting it falls under Deathmatching, under the current rule-set.
