Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. How did the player break the rule?: ID 133 broke the FRP rule by not displaying reasonable fear for his life when a shotgun was aimed at him in close proximity while on a bike. Evidence of rule breach: @Zothian PM'd ID 133 shortly after this and their response suggests a lapse in understanding of the FRP rule:
Timmaayy
PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Modest_Dajiba [ID 133]] - NonRP FearRP - Offense #4 - The reason why I have given this punishment is that you have previously been warned about FearRP in the past however you have continued to choose to ignore the rules and break it. I would also like to point out this from the server rules which you seem to disagree with in your pm to Gilberto_Martinez it states "Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range." In this situation you were both on a bike and with a weapon pointed at you at close range. I hope you learn from this and it wont happen again. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
