Hi there buddy I'm the reported player, I don't know if you've ever had a gun and been able to accidentally pull it out but that does in fact happen sometimes. Its common that the gun appears in your hand after getting off a bike and I'm fairly certain thats what happened here. I think its absolutely ludicrous that your group is now clinging to ANY possible thing you can get your hands on to get us in trouble its honestly astonishing.

This report will be denied.

I will not accept petty reports that are obviously ooc driven on something like this. You can not ever tell me you accidently had your weapon pulled out in an NCZ and was told to put it away.

Reports like these do not go unnoticed. I would also like to remind you that reports are meant for serious infractions. This is your warning.
