WindEZ
Player(s) being reported: ID 16 Date of interaction reported: 10/11/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1570789470 Your characters name: Tony Kwang Other player(s) involved: Tyler Hall Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? Me and Tyler planned to rob the gentleman dressed in green . We followed him till the drug lab and set up an ambush . I sneaked behind him and when i tell him to get off the bike while at gunpoint he run away . Tyler was up in the tower and see them going down hill , so i decided to go again and try catch them . I sneaked again behind him and tell him to get off the bike while at gunpoint, and he run away again . After i pm him regarding the report i made in-game , he answered '' is no fear rp you where invisible for me' . Now im saying this so the staff would not lose to much time , he has 58k xp and he could not stop for a second using /oooc to tell me bro i cant see you etc . He ruined my RP experience i lost bullets shooting like a lunatic after him , and he dosent care his answer is '' i have video you where invisibile '' instead of saying something so we can fix the problem in game . ahmedzaid
ID 16 Here, As have been mentioned to reporter earlier yet he proceded to do the report. The chilliad gates were closed to me and ID 21 so we both did not hear him or even seen him because he was invisible. not even his ID (thats for the second video). For the first video, didnt know but if you notice it was a little bit downhill from chilliad and he was still invisible we stopped to make sure of what are we looking at when i saw a floating ID I immediately ran. He is currently reporting me for not RPing with Ghosts. I explained this to the reporter but instead i got a reply back of "Why didnt you mention it to me OOC ?" I replied back "Because im nobody to pause RP". He wanted to take advantage of me typing OOC to continue with his RP scenario which i really think is cheap. and im not willing to fall for it. I had that all in my record and infact i told the reported i had a record. but Shadowplay did not register the record for low disk space. (Unlucky). This would happen to me for the second time luckily i have a video of the first time, Here is my evidence of the bug.
WindEZ
Ok so first of all you tell me ooc that you have a proof for both of the cases . Now you dont , you have something from a different scenario. You give me poor RP and now you accuse me that i wanted you to type ooc to stall the RP ? Any evidence what is with this allegations ? I give you one more chance when i found you the second time and you accuse without even knowing me or my RP Edited October 11, 2019 by DimaDan
Brawnkoh
PLAYER REPORT PENDING RESPONSES Thank you for your patience while this report is under review. After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, I have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. The following players will be required to provide their side of the story from this situation within the next twenty-four (24) hours: [Flint_King [ID #16]] - [ @ahmedzaid ] - Can you explain to me why you failed to comply with demands twice while a gun was pointed at you from close range, and why it appears you stunt jumped your street bike at the end of the first video to escape? Secondly, do you have any video from your perspective since you are stating that they were invisible? We have spoken on multiple occasions and you usually have video. If the players above fail to respond to this report within the next twenty-four (24) hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability. ahmedzaid
@Brawnkoh I did not fail to comply with any demands, Since nothing was there but his ID floating. Secondly, i usually do have videos. But my shadowplay stopped cuz of "No disk space" and all that is mentioned in my previous comment. About the stunt it was not really a high jump as it appears in the video. I know the place by heart and the jump was realistically not to scare a biker. The new player could be my only witness to my words. Ive never met this guy till today morning and he had the same issue he couldnt see them. For the second video, Technically it was exactly like the first video. They were invisible and chilliad gates were CLOSED. My conclusion in both cases they were INVISIBLE and there is no rule in the rule book on how to deal with this. I'm politely asking the moderators & admins to overrule this report. This issue has happened to me before and i posted an old evidence of it. @DimaDan Yes i thought i did have a prove because shadowplay was recording, When i press "stop & save" i got an "Insufficient Disk space" Error. And the 3 hours video Vanished. My question is to you, Do you deny pming me "Why did you not tell me OOC that i am invisible?" This exactly means you wanted me to OOC message you Mid RP
Brawnkoh
PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED Thank you for your patience while this report was under review. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Flint_King [ID #]] - [NonRP] - [Offense #6 & #7] - @ahmedzaid Thank you for your responses. I'd like to give you the reasoning for my decision. I personally make an effort to treat each report as a new instance. However, in certain rare circumstances, it's really hard to look over someone's admin logs and not notice a reoccurring pattern.. After this report, you have received 6 counts of FearRP, 3 of which were handed out by myself since the 6th of September. You are averaging 1 FearRP per week. I understand mistakes happen, but I expect to see some growth from those mistakes. Not a continuation of the same behaviors. On numerous occasions you have either PM'd me video from rule breaks, or provided video evidence disputing in game reports against you. Yet, this time, you have no video evidence showing that the individual in the video was, in fact, invisible. Had you been able to provide this to me, I would have given you the benefit of the doubt despite your infraction history. With that being said, NonRP 6 & 7 has been applied. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
