13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

• Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

• Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

• Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

• Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are in a car which engine is not stalled.

• When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

• When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was just checking labs when i ended up interacting with him, had short conversation and i was going to rob him, i was first in getting out of my car, drawing my firearm out and pointing the weapon at him with demands. He ignored them and drove off circled back round and started shooting at me, i understand that after i point a weapon at him he can shoot but i don't think it was acceptable to do after you've just broke the fear rp rule.

Hello, first thing,when you get out the car for me you was invisible i sayd you at the start,then you got normal when i was next to the house + i haved alot of time to escape that situasion,and if i get shot,i only get shot maximux 1 time. if you wanna we can redo the rp,forme i gonna repeat you was invisible,alot of times hapens that bug when player gets out of his car and he's invisible

I am sure staff will notice but i would like to point out that if i was invisible to you and you didn't see me point the weapon or whatever, that's considered DM what you did after, as you would of not had no right to shoot at me. Either way i don't think it's acceptable to attack me after you've ignored clear demands.

What i can say to you, when i was pointing gun at you when you was out of our car i tryed to type "hands" but i typed "gands" and i was screaming on ou "Hands!! "

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Martin_Heff [ID #43]] - [NonRP] - [Offense #1] - You had a gun pointed at you, and were given demands at close range, while on a motorcycle with no protection. Also, reported party has no video evidence to back up claims of invisibility. Even if I give you the benefit of doubt If someone is giving you demands, and you know they have a gun (or think they do). The correct action is not to speed off, turn around, and come back to shoot them.
