HaminLord
Player(s) being reported: ID 75, ID 47 Date of interaction reported: 8/October/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1570551504 Your characters name: Jason_Nightwood Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 11. No Crime Zones (NCZ) A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes. Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? As seen in the videos, I've been just driving around until ID 75 arrived with his Orange Elegy Retro Custom, running me over twice in attempt to injure me, what I can only assume was his friend attempted to then loot me a few times, not realizing I was within a No Crime Zone, not allowing him to access my inventory due to the NCZ script, he eventually tried finishing me off, seeing as I'm not dying through his "missclicks" he drove out of the NCZ and procceeded to gun me down, hoping to get my stuff. In the aftermath, I've lost nothing that was on my person but a shotgun with 17 shells which was located within my Hakucho Drag. Evidence of rule breach: 1st Vehicle Deathmaching in the NCZ by ID 75. 2nd Vehicle Deathmatching in the NCZ by ID 75. 1st Deatchmaching in the NCZ by ID 47. 2nd Deathmatching in the NCZ by ID 47. 2 3
Dqniel
Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @HaminLord First and foremost, player Kuperis_Kavenskas will receive 24 hours to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. First and foremost, why did you utilize your vehicle to run over the reporting party a total of two (2) times all for seemingly no valid reason and no roleplay engagement having been established prior? Secondly, why did you conduct all these actions while being situated inside of a No Crime Zone, do you feel as if this is acceptable roleplay? Secondly, player Maksim_Kancar will receive 24 hours to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. First and foremost, why did you approach the reporting party and begin attacking him by punching and kicking him all for seemingly no valid reason? Secondly, why did you drive off, equip your weapon and begin firing at the reporting party ultimately killing him all for seemingly no valid reason? Thirdly, why did you conduct all of these actions while being situated inside a No Crime Zone, do you feel as if this is acceptable roleplay? Looking forward to your responses! Kind regards, Dqniel 3
Dqniel
Hello, and thank you for remaining patient! As more than enough time has passed for the reported party to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions i have decided to conclude this report based on the provided evidence and statement given to me by the reporting party. Player Kuperis_Kavenskas will receive a punishment for Deathmatch | Offense #1. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you utilize your vehicle to run the reporting party over all for seemingly no valid reason without any previous roleplay engagement having been established. Shortly after, you circle around and then utilize your vehicle to hit the reporting party for a second time and ultimately place him in an injured state in the process. This goes without saying as the rulebreak in this situation is incredibly blatant, but the issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are not in accordance with our Deathmatch rules. As outlined in the Deathmatch section of the rulebook, valid roleplay reason as well as proper initiation and interaction must be established prior to attacking another player or their property, and as none of this was done on your end but rather you seemingly attacking another player at random, you are in violation of our Deathmatch rules. The roleplay as well as the actions displayed by you in this player report is absolutely not acceptable at any level, and is most certainly not welcomed on the server. I sincerely hope this punishment makes you reflect on your actions, read up on the rules and acknowledge that what you did during this situation is not acceptable in a million years in this community. Player Kuperis_Kavenskas will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for breaching the No Crime Zone rules | Offense #2. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you utilize your vehicle to unlawfully run over the reporting party a total of two (2) times all while being situated inside a No Crime Zone. The issue that arises with this situation is that you are in violation of our No Crime Zone rules. By unlawfully attacking the reporting party by running him over, you are commiting a crime all while being situated inside a No Crime Zone. As the name suggests and as is outlined in the rulebook, no actions that even come close to being classified as a crime may be done while you are in a No Crime Zone and therefore you are in violation of the rules. Please take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions, and make sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated. Player Maksim_Kancar will receive a punishment for Deathmatch | Offense #3. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you approach the reporting party who was placed in an injured state and began to attack him repeatedly all for seemingly no valid reason without any roleplay engagement having been established prior. As you do not succeed in what i presume is your attempt at finishing and killing the reporting party off, you enter your vehicle and drive a short distance away from the reporting party before exiting the vehicle, equipping your weapon and beginning to fire at the reporting party which ultimately manages to kill him. Taking into consideration that there are two (2) other instances in which you have been punished for Deathmatch, this hints at an inability or unwillingness to learn the server rules based on past mistakes. Player Maksim_Kancar will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for breaching the No Crime Zone rules | Offense #1. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you unlawfully attack and ultimately kill the reporting party all while being situated inside a No Crime Zone. The issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are in violation of our No Crime Zone rules. By attacking and killing the reporting party, you are commiting a crime all while being situated inside a No Crime Zone. As the name suggests and as is outlined in the rulebook, no actions that even come close to being classified as a crime may be done while you are in a No Crime Zone and therefore you are in violation of the rules. Please take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions, and make sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated Last but not least, @HaminLord taking into consideration that this is an incredibly unfortunate situation which you had no control over, i urge you to submit a refund request if you suffered a loss greater than $25.000 in value. Make sure you follow the refund request guidelines and format as well. Thank you! Thank you for making this report! @ Report is accepted and archived. Kind regards, Dqniel.
