Hello, Benjamin Specht (ID129) here,

As people might know, it sometimes takes a bit to load in characters when getting out of an interior. This also happend this time. I was just running back out the house to get back on my bike. While running I noticed the car parked next to my bike and knew something was up, so I decided to run away and unholstered my gun. I then noticed the man (Igor Petrovich) running out the entrance (Had not seen him yet). I had the gun in my hand due to me retrieving it earlier, and turned around. The man was still not aiming his gun towards me so I took a few shots at him.

If there are any questions, I'd gladly awnser them. Sorry for the inconvenience on your side Igor but I couldnt really do anything on my part.

Instead of resolving this ingame he decided to PM me that I would get reported and what not, I guess that works too 🤷

Oh. One more thing. Its Los Zetas. It ain't that hard.

Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @Ruby

The reported party, player Benjamin_Specht, has already responded with his side of the story and explained the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above and as such this report will be one step closer to being concluded. Before i fully conclude this report however, i would like to ask one final follow up question to the reported party.

Benjamin_Specht | @Appelgi, do you have any footage displaying your point of view during this situation? If so, please provide said footage in your response.

Kind regards,

Dqniel

Hello, and thank you to everyone who responded with their side of the story and explained the reasoning for their actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. We would also like to take this opportunity to give my sincerest apologies for the delay and thank all parties involved for remaining patient while this report has been carefully reviewed. After extensively reviewing the provided evidence as well as taking the statements of all parties involved into consideration, we have decided to conclude this report.

Player Benjamin_Specht will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for breaching the Fear Roleplay rules | Offense #2.

First and foremost, we would like to address the punishment of Non-Roleplay and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that the reporting party places you under direct gunpoint at close range in what is presumably an attempt to rob you. In turn, you disregard this entirely and begin running past the reporting party. The issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are not in accordance with our Fear Roleplay rules. If you are held under direct gunpoint at close range, which essentially means that you are in a vulnerable and life threatening situation, you are expected to display an adequate and realistic amount of fear for the life of your character, and follow every demand given to you as one instinctively would do in real life. The moment the reporting party aimed his weapon towards you, you were completely defenseless which would mean that you are not exempt from acting under the Fear Roleplay rules and your life was still in direct danger. It is of our belief that your first instinct while under direct danger should not be to disregard that entirely and continue running, but rather comply with the demands of the reporting party as you were completely defenseless at the time.

Secondly, we acknowledge and understand that the character of the reporting party may not have loaded in fully during this situation, but there has been no provided evidence on your end to suggest this and as such we can only work with the evidence provided to us and conclude this report based on that. I sincerely encourage you to utilize the various different recording softwares should you be faced with a situation like this in the future.

Thank you for making this report! @Ruby

Report is accepted and archived.

Kind regards,

Dqniel & alexalex303.
