• Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

• A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

• A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

• If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

• Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

• Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was complying with all demands of what they were saying when I went to try and type accidently hitting F resulting me getting into my car, I typed in OOC "accident" and they started shooting I got out of my vehicle and stood next to it about to put my hands up but killed me before hand.

Hello there Im ID 43 Xan Castro,this incident happened like one week ago.All i can recall is that i came up to the bridge seeing the white car(ID 174) ramming and damaging my friends property.

He was stalling rp,not complying ic at all and not responding then he hopped in the car and didnt hop off just stayed there,all i thought was that he was trying to escape,in my eyes he was in the drivers seat or thats what i thought,it was just reflexes.then killing him as I got scared he might leave.You showed 0 IC complience with me!

I never saw the ooc chat and when i did,it was way too late.You never got out the car for me aswell,only after you got killed.You could avoid this,when you missclicked you could use voip or chat even faster,you wrote at ooc way to late,maybe you missclicked and pressed g instead of f.I can also see from your evidence is that you tried to combat log.

Im pretty sure we talked about this after the incident,thought everything was resolved,why you reporting me now man?When in reality you are reporting your self here as you are breaking fearrp!Anyway,in general this took place long time ago,you shouldnt post this now,its a rule,plus you missclicked and wrote it at ooc way too late.This could get avoided as there was no advantage for me and my friends killing you as we already took your stuff.

In general:

You broke Fearrp.

You rammed the property of a friend.

Stalled rp.

You didnt comply with me IC.

You tried to combat log by pressing alt f4.

The incident took place over a week ago.

I never saw you saying ''accident'' on ooc in time.

You didnt try to avoid this.

I posted this same night it happened I can't control when the admins decide to respond, second I'm not totally sure how I wasn't compliant and stalled RP your friend braked in front of me and I hit his vehicle that tends to happen when you come to a complete stop with somebody right behind you then I assume it was you and your other friend told me to get out of the car which you then did the RP to search and ran off to shoot at the bike then came back and your friend started screaming for me to drop the gun which I also did I went to do OOC chat because your friends mic was extremely loud in my headphones trying to tell him to calm down only have to say things once I showed no sign of attempting to leave hit f instead of G that part is right and I went to type in OOC to tell you that was an accident getting in my car since in my mind that didn't seem to fit RP I got into my car by accident that is not RP and I got out of the vehicle when you guys continued to shoot before I could put my hands back up you can hear one of your friends on video say "don't finish" realizing what was happening and then you guys decided just to kill me so please explain all that to me I want to know where I was non compliant and hesitated RP also forgot to add that how is coming logging after I was dead that was a result of my trying to press my keybind to clip the recording

Honestly i'm the one that blocked the road off he rammed me Extra hard As u can see u had no mind set on stopping. He did follow everything we told him to do but he got in the car right after in our eye's it looked like he was trying to get away like his friend instead putting his hands up by Pressing ctrl + 1 he pressed F. so i dont think we did anything wrong u broke Fear rp and it looked like u tried to get away.

hello ID 79 here as dom presky so as you see i was on foot so i didnt see him hit the car but you can clearly see he had no plans to stop the car. As you see i was the one who said dont finish and i did not fire a shot yet because i was giving you a second to respond why you did that but my main concern here is that you said that it was an accident in OOC when that was something to be said IC. If were really breaking it down theres no way my IC knew that it was an accident because you said it OOC. You were quite compliant with our demands but you got back into the car after you dropped your gun and by the time you even said accident he had already shot and then you got out of the car where you could have fled the scene. I feel if you were to have screamed it or even said it in character a couple times right as you got in the car that it was an accident we may have heard it before you decided to do it ooc. Castro up there pretty much summed it up but if their are any more questions feel free to contact me

After reviewing this report, the evidence and all the replies to this report I have come to a conclusion:

Player ID 43 Xan_Castro @Castro7 will be receiving Deathmatch | Offence #1.

Player ID 60 Jon_Ramos @airi will receive no punishment.

Player ID 79 Dom_Presky @Dildeck will receive no punishment.

The car accident was more like an IC issue and I don't see that as a rule break, he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into you. You decided to rob him and he complied to your demands, got his pistol out and put it on the ground, then you left him and aimed at the other guy that was approaching you, he accidentally hit G and sat in the vehicle and as soon as he did that he typed in /b that it was an accident, and it took you about 2-3 seconds to shoot at him after that which I just see as being trigger happy, especially when you know that he sat in the car on accident. I won't punish other two players, because they only shot at him when you engaged, one of them even said stop and don't finish him. Please be less trigger happy in the future, because second offence will only get you permanently banned.
