Deathmatch (DM) Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? We robbed ID 139 (new player was untouched) when his friend, ID 72, came with the semi came back in what I assume was a poor attempt at saving his friends using his vehicle as his only weapon. We drive away from the scene and try to move on but as shown in the video, 72 vigorously attacks us with his semi not letting us escape, so we turn our attention to the semi. As I'm watching my friend attempt to disable the semi I get full speed rammed by 139's sports car. I get out and discharge my weapon at the semi and he proceeds to run me over, then runs me over again which is against the rules. 139 also comes back and makes a clear attempt at running me over which in this situation is extremely questionable. Not shown in this video is after we got ID 72 out of the semi he immediately went to /b accusing us of DM and completely refused and ignored my attempt to RP with him in /do taking his keys so I could take his semi, if anyone has a clip of that I'd appreciate it. I saw Joe's truck being chased down the road and tried to assist In him getting away. My car was already in a wrecked state after being shoved off the bridge by the green van. He was still in his car at that point and their guys were constantly running into the semi so I tried to assist in his escape. After ramming the car I turned around and was trying to leave. The only reason VDM got involved from me was because other players open fired from behind my SEMI truck. I then at that point tried to reverse because i crashed into a pole, and continue running. Once i was shot my game Glitched and i couldnt see anything. I made every party around me during the situation aware of that. These players were attempting to kill me the moment i entered the situation way before anyone got "VDM" as Moist is trying to say i did. I made every party around me during the situation aware of that Then why after backing up hitting me the first time did you decide to drive your semi straight into me already laying on the ground from being run over the first time? After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Joe_Gauge [ID#72] - (V)DM - Offense #1 - Running the reporting party over with a semi truck more than once. Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Richard_Wellington [ID#139] - Non-RP - Offense #1 - Ramming with an expensive vehicle. You had a valid reason to attack the other party as they had held you up, you did however use a Non-RP way to attack them. Therefore you will be receiving the Non-RP punishment. Marty_Shashaw [ID#10] - Will receive a warning for his actions shown in the video. Ramming a semi truck with your Rumpo Custom does not make sense and is quite unrealistic. Please note that this is considered non-roleplay action. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
