During the process I believe this suspect came very very close to lying in /do, having admitted to using the gun to shoot someone, but only specifying that it has been at a bike, which was untrue. He then tried to RP having his fingerprints burned off when he had not done any previous RP or taken a screenshot with /time on it. I post these understanding that he is a new player, which is why I explained all of this OOC'ly and he understood it after. However, I think it goes to show that this player has put little effort into reading the rules. Counting with the original report he does not know he has to engage in RP before shooting someone, taking care not to break the DM rule, he attempted to deceive us in /do when asked if the barrel was hot, making it seem that the only reason it was hot was because he had shot at a bike, when in fact he shot at the deputy and he also tried to RP having burned fingerprints when he had no proof of this RP in the form of a screenshot with the /time command on it. I am personally not looking for this player to be punished for any of the rule breaks I posted above, just wanted to reinforce the suspicion that this player has to carefully re-read the rules. XposeD Posted October 8, 2019 Report Share Posted October 8, 2019 Hello seen as no response from the reported party I will conclude this report. Maksim_Kancar will receive a punishment for Deathmatch. The reason for the punishment is we dont have KOS (killing on sight) Anymore, you had no reason what so ever to fire at the officer without any interaction. Our rules do state a valid reason is if they attempt to arrest you, in this case he had only just stepped out of his vehicle.
