How did the player break the rule(s) I was chased and rammed by expensive cars, And the lady next to me was DM'd I believe. We didnt Do any serious crime so they can have the right to kill someone for calling cops on them. Our life was in danger so we decided to Call the cops and run. (ID 6 DM for us calling the cops when active chase is not a serious crime) 73 rammed me about 7 times which is VDM. Most of them look very intentional. Way too many and they do not appear to be desync. There is also precedence for 6 getting a DM report based on this report: (Cops called prior. Engine stalled, no demands and he sprays her down. Specifically relates to the portion of the reasoning for applying the penalty: Then you stalled the car, and he got out. You also had him outnumbered here, and could have RP'd it out. We started chasing one of you guys from Pauls towards ocean, So you all at least one time just aimed your pistols at us and kept doing it for 3mins. After that we continued on chasing you, That you ended up to ramming us without ANY SINGLE valid reason( Which is VDM ), so you gave us reason to ramming you off the road. We entered city, We went to parking as it shown in video and your "Passenger" just called cops in: 1. literally criminal activity(Poor RP) 2. active chase (Poor RP) 3. reporting crime and calling cops ( gave reason to shoot which we already did have it though) And also at 4:21 ID 54 attempted to run me over TWICE, clearly shown in your own video. ( Involved cop's PoV from VDM'ing https://streamable.com/kvux1 ) Also I'd like to request longer and original video which was 10:56 mins, At 9:25 of original video you just mixed OOC and IC by saying "I'm just gonna report that guy, report that guy to gods he had no reason to shot her" (Which you just cut whole video) I'd upload one by one of my PoVs when an admin asked me to. Eroare2 Posted October 4, 2019 Report Share Posted October 4, 2019 (edited) Id 63 here, the only time you can even think i rammed was at the parking lot where i just wanted to go forward but he was just doing left and right and then did a u turn in front of me and i could not stop in time, you can even hear my reaction, that was not even for a second a intentional ram, and most of the times he is just changing direction into me, just like before that u turn i mentioned at parking, you can see me coming with speed to his left and he just does a left turn into me, i can't really avoid something like that when i come driving straight on his sides and he decides to turn like that. In the "chase" couse was not really a chase just stalling from him, you can see there is so much desync between the cars. Also you can notice me trying my best all the time to avoid touching him Just to mention also, this man is been talking ooc multiple times with us about just reporting us on forum for nothing completly, he keeps breaking rules on his behalf like runing towards ncz after he was in a lab and raming other cars. As a result of him beeing mad and hating us i guess, he just went on to report us. He was having a 15min argue after this at the bank with others about how he is going to report all of us bla bla transfering a war ic to a forum report war. You have here my complete pov of what happend including his friend id 54 casually vdm-ing 6 and cops breaking frp pulling a gun out while having gun pointed and even went on to taze 2 of us while we had heavies at them. About coming out from labs that doesnt mean i was doing anything illegal per say. If you have the full footage of the chase. then please go ahead and show the chase from labs. Have you caught me doing anything illegal? I doubt it. What i suggest is, Put your evidence where your mouth is Rather than just being a keyboard warrior. Let me tell you how you did give out a very poor experience of rp yourself with the following: 1. In @Nica AlexandruPOV ID 73 rammed twice breaking VDM rule. (poor rp) 2. Driving in high speed windows tinted and closed how would you hear that my friend called the police? (poor Rp) 3. Blocking the road in a high speed chase by ID 73 and when I tried to avoid him I feared for my life (don't twist words and call it ramming @Nica Alexandru). Yet he sat in his car waiting for the impact not fearing for his life (poor Rp) . I hope the admins look into this and provide justice where it belongs. To start off with I'm not sure why I've been included since I made every attempt not to get too close to your car during the chase. The two times during the whole scenario that I moved in close to you was in attempts to pit your car in. I engage in the situation after you called the police and they arrive on the scene with guns drawn. I'd be happy if you could clarify to why you're reporting me for Non-RP. I'll attach my full PoV from the where the chase began. After careful consideration, we've come to the following conclusion: There were no rules broken in this situation. The reporting party made deliberate attempts to circle the same relatively small area in order to receive backup, while a large number of vehicles was pursuing them. In doing so, he all but guaranteed unintentional collisions. As for the Deathmatching, we find that the reported party was close enough to hear the 911 call, and act on it. The fact of the matter is that you called cops on a heavily armed gang, and that should always come with repercussions. Nica_Alexandru will receive a verbal warning for the carrying of a body with no roleplay. Please make sure you always roleplay using forceful commands. Report denied.
