Specific rule(s) broken: 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. How did the player break the rule(s)? While we followed one of their cruisers as one of our members was in the back, she rammed into another one of our members cars. We began to follow her up the road where she turned back around and flipped her cruiser. Instantly, I got off my bike and pointed a gun at her, while she should have been under fear RP, before I could issue her any demands, she began to pull out her SMG and open fired on me. I, ID 80 in both the videos, had her under gunpoint before she had a weapon out, but as you can see, she showed no fear for her life, especially with multiple vehicles pulling up too, and tried to kill me. alexalex303 Posted October 4, 2019 Report Share Posted October 4, 2019 I've confirmed that the reported player is in fact Chloe Payne - @Chloe Bailey - since she is a member of the support team, this is now pending Support Management+. @Lewis, @Bakmeel or @Fa1N. Pjuski Posted October 9, 2019 Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 first of all i will start of with this whole situation started with a chase of a car from your gang, you and the person we arrested drove like you didnt fear your life in the middle of the pursuit of your bikes, we lost visual of your mate in your car but managed to get the other on the bike as he fell off. When arresting him i went on to your radio and listened in where i heard all of you planned to go to my store and rob it as i would probably come then and check (sounds like copbaiting to me). ive also been told that the reason all of you followed to the prison wasnt to save your friend but to specificly get a reason to come after me. When we arrived Roberto Sanchez blocked the entrence of the prison with his sports car which also isnt allowed by server rules. When he saw the cruiser that had the suspect in their car go to the exit he tries to go in before him to block him off which results me thats right behind to "ram" his car as he was blocking the exit that we were entering. When he came out of the car with a shotgun i pulled off but took a u-turn and hit a rock that flipped my car. I go out of the car and as you can see on both of your friends recordings too is that we both take out the gun at the same time. I instantly took out my gun as i knew it would be a shootout and when i had my gun out and looked at you you also had a gun so i started to shoot. I had no reason to fear for my life as i did not see you point a gun at me at any point. when you went off the bike you did not have a gun and when i jumped out i was facing away from you. When i saw you i already had my gun. Also seeing some of you try to ram me with your bike is also pretty low RP if you ask me. Z0thian Posted October 9, 2019 Author Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 Actually, as you can hear from the footage, I saw our guy, Jack Waters, in the back of a police cruiser, and aptly we followed because we wanted to get him out. We then proceeded to see you ram into Roberto Sanchez's vehicle. There was clearly a gun aimed at you before you took your gun out, but you still took a weapon out. Archaeah Posted October 22, 2019 Report Share Posted October 22, 2019 Alright, so the video I was provided with shows the weapon is selected by Chloe at roughly the exact same time (within a second) that the reporter is pulling hers out. So the timing of the gun being pulled is not an issue for me. What is an issue for me is pulling the gun and instantly shooting while being severely outnumbered and stating: On 10/10/2019 at 3:20 AM, Chloe Bailey said: I had no reason to fear for my life as i did not see you point a gun at me at any point. when you went off the bike you did not have a gun and when i jumped out i was facing away from you. Now, if you had no reason to fear for your life, why are you pulling away from the prison and driving away and hitting your panic button. Outnumbered by people you visually saw had heavies and were now driving behind you. You turn back towards the people with the shotgun and pull out the weapon, after the crash, and start shooting because you state you knew there would be a shootout. Is this not a reason to fear for your life as well? Now while I understand you may have been prepared for a shootout, you are the one who starts shooting while being surrounded. The reasons provided are reasons to not shoot, not reasons to shoot. So I do deem this to be a breach of Fear RP. The timing of the animation is too close to be fear RP however the act of driving away, returning and pulling a gun out and shooting while surrounded instead of complying is a breach of fear RP in my opinion.
