How did the player break the rule(s)? I have been chased by officer, when I pulled over, he did hit me with vehicle. I was not injured that much at all, so I aimed my shotgun to officer, and he went into the car, I started count to 5, he started to drive. That officer show very poor RP situation in that when I pointed gun at him, he did not care about his life, and instead of that, he started to /ooc with "im giving you last chance" and etc, hes not an admin/moderator to stop the RP. To continue it, I even put a /report in so it could be solved. Why would I report myself? If asked by RedHot during his reviewing the situation that I continue RP with myself under FearRP to you, then be it. I My vehicle hit you from behind throwing you off the bike which was not cool. So, to prevent any VDM report - I said get back on the bike and lets continue, because I want to RP! I do not want to win the situation where I throw you off the bike and put you under FearRP whilst you are on the floor. What fun is that? It's a role-play server, not a quick-draw western game. When I asked to get back on your bike, you didn't want to and instead just shot at my vehicle continuously even though it was NOT STALLED. So let me get this clear.. You have reported me for VDM, when I tried sorting that out for you, you ignored me. Then you report me for Non-RP and FearRP because I tried sorting out the VDM. What turn-out would work out for me, either way your intention is to report me? You called your video "enjoy report" like you have some sort of OOC hate towards me. Maybe it's because of the on-going report there is currently on yourself. -------------------------------------------- After reviewing your footage, I would like to disregard your claim of VDM. I would request you put out a longer video because I believe I had slowed down to prevent my vehicle hitting you, even though I was pursuing you, and I also believe you harshly-braked in front of me. So, there was no intention to VDM you whatsoever, it was an accidental crash. Even then, I gave you the opportunity to get back on your bike and continue because I could have got out and put you under FearRP before you got off the floor. I do not want to win every situation, I had nothing to lose there. All I wanted to do was give you a chance, and you go ahead a report me for it. Lets make that clear, I gave you a chance to ESCAPE/ROLEPLAY and you are reporting me for it. In no way did I want or ask the role-play to be paused. If he wanted to continue, what was the reason for shooting my vehicle when it was not stalled? So lets say you chose not to get back on your bike and continue role-play even after the incident, why did you shoot at my vehicle? -------------------------------------------- I would like the Moderator/Admin reviewing this case to take into account that I wanted the reporting party to continue role-play as I felt the ram was unfair. Regardless of whether it was VDM or not (the longer footage will clarify this), i tried resolving it a second after it happened so it was non-existant. If the reporting party requested the situation to be voided, then so be it because the fact is, the ram was unfair even if it was accidental and it put the reporting party at a disadvantage. Hence I gave him the opportunity to continue. Out of good will, I gave him the opportunity to continue and I've been reported for that and only that. Maybe that was my mistake, allowing someone the opportunity to role-play which would be enjoyable for us both. I had nothing to lose on my character, so it is clear that I had no intention of breaking any rule to win the situation. Its little crazy yes? You decide to start /ooc instead of my RP, and then you decided get into the car, tried to stop RP by /ooc in /report. By the way one more thing, you doing /report without any proves or video pov, and youre asking me for these when you showing your poor rp situations? I hope you are not throwing client-sided de-syncs onto me too and blaming me for some sort of hacks or cheating now. As for exiting the vehicle, that was an accident. I did not mean to exit the vehicle - It was a misclick as I tried to talk to you OOCly as soon as i could. Withdrawing my gun was just another client-sided de-sync. It sometimes shows on your screen that I am taking out a weapon but on mine it is already pre-equipped. I'm sure the staff member dealing with the report will be aware of this, as I hope would you. You clearly claimed VDM, but cut the clip so short it only shows me hitting you. Surely you can provide the full clip to see how we got to the situation. Seems like you are trying to squeeze any sort of punishment from this situation and choosing the specific length of footage puts me in bad light. I can see your OOC hatred towards myself when I still try to be nice and fair to you. You keep reiterating "Poor RP" when I tried my very best to make this as enjoyable as possible and allow you to escape from me, a chance to ignore your disadvantage, an opportunity to continue how it should have been. I would be scared to see what you would of called it if I put you under FearRP as you lay on the ground after my vehicle accidentally throwing you off the bike. Also, I am not an Idiot. So insulting me OOCly, as your footage shows, just shows how much you hate me just because I was part of a report that was put up against you. After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: Lucky_Monroe [ID #190] - Non-RP - Offense #4 - Breach of Fear-RP. You had a shotgun aimed at you at close range and decided to get back in your vehicle and even drive off, showing no value for your life. I've decided to not give you a punishment for you trying to restart the RP and pausing it, saying you had put in a /report. The rules on this topic are very clear and I hope you take this as lesson. Only administrators are allowed force pause RP or investigate rule breaches. Only administrators are allowed to void roleplay scenarios at their discretion. A /REPORT does not pause roleplay unless an admin does so. If an admin had showed up after your report, you could've asked to re-do the RP scenario. But you ignoring Fear-RP and attempting to restart, hearby ignoring roleplay from the other party who remained in-character, basically pausing it, is not acceptable. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
