You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.  How did the player break the rule(s)? had a shootout with 3 members of the zetas, killed 2 and the 3rd killed me, id 12 came after and finished me off with a knife without being involved at all with the situation. Sincerely, alexalex303 and Donovan i was there with my friend only cooking, and actually we wanted to rob him too then zetas come, we already plan to rob him before zetas come. then id 18 come to me and ask to me because we're chilling each other. can we rob that guy ? i said , go ahead if you want, i can take the meat later. then shootout. im not involved on the shootout but i asked can i take the meat on id 18, no answer then i stab him and i said see you at heaven. and also he break fear-rp , 3 gun from his behind. he take his gun out. if you dont mind to put the full video. but, im involved since they ask me for "can we rob him". then since it the reason why i stab and finish him, it was because he kill my friend which is id 18, so after the shootout done. i wanted to finish him and take his meat only. This constant piecing together of 30 second clips makes it look like you're trying to hide something, I am unsure if that is the case or not, but in order to clarify, I will make a very simple request. I wish to see a continuous video (that means no cuts) from the point at which the video I quoted starts (reference) up to the point where you spawn at the hospital after you are executed. You have 24 hours to comply with the request, or the report may be denied for insufficient/edited evidence. It is very inconvenient towards getting a good understanding of what happened in the situation. I asked you for a minute before and after the shootout, and you provided yet another 30 second clip that doesn't even show the shootout starting, nor did you provide any evidence of after the shootout apart from saying that something happened. He pointed gun at friend at first and when he switched his gun towards me it wasn't pointed directly on me as you can see in the video, me jumping after that with drawing my gun out is a fast reaction since my character zate is a cowboi and a cowboi is all about that. (not to mention my friend was throwing a joke there with the "thats a nice gun over there" and the reason i didnt want to have my gun out was because i know she does these kind of jokes every now and then.) 2. I was the player, playing Rosie at the time. What I remember of the situation is some randoms coming up in a vehicle as we were set to go to our bike and leave, and I passively mentioned to one of the guys that I liked his gun. At first I thought he was joking because of the tone of his "Oh yea well put your hands up" statement. He then pointed his gun at me, and while I was trying to figure out the animation to put my hands up (because I'm still a bit of a newb, and this was my first time being held up), the shoot out started. From my perspective, one player had the gun on me, and then there were shots fired between Zate and the 2 gang members. Didn't really know until later looking at the video who shot first. I 100% admit I personally broke FearRP accidentally, due to my own ignorance, but I guess I want to know how Zate's character broke FearRP when the initial gun pointing was at Rosie... Obviously even though I thought at first it was a joke, that is just my reaction to bad quality rp, so I'll keep that in mind in the future that it's more about what was said vs how it was said. I don't know that my perspective will be any help, I don't have my own bodycam for the situation, but that's how I saw it start. How it ended was I was laying on the ground bleeding out, trying to figure out what the next step was and got stabbed to death while prone by one of the players. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
