• Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

• Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

• Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

  1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

  2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

  3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

• You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

so we're chilling at chumash plaza, this guy coming and take out his shotgun aiming with no demands given. my friend use VOIP on radio in the middle pointing gun, i can admit he will got FearRP but atleast he need to text (type) for demanding and giving time for comply then ID 84 got killed when he go to toilet. then in the second video, my friend coming. with the backup we already talk earlier before they get off from their bike, to come hq. but they still on the way. my friend on the black bike got killed on the bike for nothing. then in the 3rd video. still the same person and same place, i was got rob and my friend is coming to chumash plaza, when he trying to get in, they got killed by (KOS), all i saw on this video 0 Demands given. i feel like playing on TDM DM Server when saw on these video only want kill , loot then run, wtf. xd

First of all, I'd like to ask you, @Revelt, to obtain a different video to replace video #2 as it is unclear who is shooting the bike. (preferably from the POV of the victim)

Player ID 89 - James_Hoot - @Hootless - why did you shoot ID 84? 

Player ID 97 - Andrew_Paul - @awp8883 - why did you use your radio when you were being held at gunpoint (under FearRP)?

The aforementioned players have 24 hours to explain in full detail their actions, or they may face disciplinary action without their defense.

I understand my actions directly after I did them was wrong. I was extremely confused at the whole situation, I was taken aback, I didn’t understand what was happening, and I reacted. I do realize I broke fear RP, but didn’t realize it until after the fact. I also wasn’t sure if the person holding the gun was serious or just messing around, as no demands were made and he just aimed at me. Again, after I called for backup, I realized it was breaking FEARRP and I stopped and didn’t call again while I was on the ground or even whilst he was shooting. I understand if my actions result in disciplinary actions.

hello again alex and bakmeel, on the #2 video , i cant see it clearly too. so i have no idea but they said they're the same guy. maybe you can check death log from the unixstamp. because my friend who record it scared enough to come because you can see how they massive DM us, and the #3 Video i can see the id and he was id 74 on unixstamp 1569872105

For the 1st video I believe the player was shot for not following the demands, it might look like not enough time was given but keep in mind that we just started a shootout (and we expected from them to have more people at the situation) and the dude was simply ignoring our demands and stalling so his friends can help him out (Yes he was AFK, but that does not matter and this is what it looked like to us and OP also kept on pming me how shooting AFK players is DM which is false)

Hello, before im joining the server i join the discord and ask on the channel about the question that "can we join the server even we have a bad english atleast we understand what they're saying". and they said yes. but only use english language because its international server. so whats your problem if i have a bad english ? its like
"can you playing piano without learning it before ?"  stop being sarcastic to everyone, if you know you good enough, then just shut up, its more than enough.

and about Video #1 there's no demands given since they come. like that you can see on the video, so i shoot him since they threatening my friends life , but you dont have rights to kill id 84

and on #2 video, we will figure out who did this. i still waiting for DM reply on discord.

First of all, attacking someone based on their grammar or lack of understanding of the English language is incredibly rude. If you want to say something to him personally, whatever, but this is not the place to attack someone, especially when YOU are also on the chopping block for DM. Grow Up

This report is NOT about the AFK guy, obviously he couldnt respond, but the first person (me) who was shot with the shotgun first, starting this whole shit-show of broken rules and arguments. 

Second of all, in the First Video, I was obviously not given any commands, you can see his ID not turning green, as it would if he PTT, even if he did say somthing, I had maybe 1 second to respond, before he shot me, I would have not been able to do anything, type the hands up command, or even to tell him his VOIP wasnt working and to type his demand. He gave no time, and that is clearly evident in the first video.

Just because you THINK someone from the mafia might have DM'd someone, does NOT mean you can come around and do the same to us. Taking care of a OOC rule break IC is also not how its supposed to happen. You have a problem with a supposed rule break, you go to the fourms like everyone else, and "waste your time" but again, ooc gets dealt with ooc, and IC dealt with IC. No intermingling, thats where problems start.

lol ,i did my quiz alone by myself and i touch 130k exp only 1 month, and only have 2 admin log (appeal for wrong put fear-rp) probably gonna be only 1, how about you ? and i play roleplay since 2013 in sa-mp, also i was developer too. stop kidding with me kids.

Your guys shot one of ours, it was not with the rules, we didn't mind, roleplay was not voided so I don't really understand what you're trying to say

After re watching the video, I see he pressed PTT but didn’t say anything, and not even after pulling his gun out and pointing it. Also, he gave me no time to comply with any demands he did or didn’t give, and no time to tell him his voip was not working.

@awp8883 If you would have informed me of my voip not working i would have tried to fix it. instead of going in ooc and saying "I cant hear you" you called on your radio for backup while under fear rp. Was i simply supposed to wait for you to pull a gun out and start shooting me too? If you would not have said anything over the radio i would have not shot you its as simple as that. 

I got off my bike at 1:28 standing right next to 84 and gave demands ( they were in a close proximity and the shotgun was right in front of 84s face) i then realize 84 has no sign of life so i go and rp with 97. I am standing in front of 97 with a shotgun in his face (which regardless of demands is still fear rp, i could have said nothing and just held it there and he would have been required to fear) i thought i had given him demands but apparently he hadn't heard them. He then broke Fear RP and called on the radio for backup, you cant hear him in his video but its evident that as soon as he finishes his backup call 3-4 people say "where is he" and "Help him" in a panic. I then moved back over to 84 and give him a 2nd set of demands which he decides to ignore. At this point in time passions are high and backup is on the way because 97 decided to call on the radio things were not as smooth as they originally could have been. At the end of the day i gave 84 demands on 2 separate occasions which he seemed to ignore from my pov. There was a shotgun in his face and he refused to comply. I understand he couldn't have replied and i get it, if he was there maybe there would have been more potential RP but instead it looked like he was just staring me down like a statue ignoring every word i said.

i already told you on the description, we admit that he break fear-rp. also he must admit that he break fear-rp. also because your voip broken, he should told before thats your voip broken. and i was talking about id 84. he was afk went to toilet then come to hospital DM me on discord asking what happened.

red mark mean, if he respond to your RP but not comply on your demands, you have right to shoot him.
Example : when you aim your gun, and he already put his handsup you want his gun,you told him to drop the gun. but he throw it far away using /me /do. then you can shoot him, because he's not complying with your demands.

Ignoring demands are the same as not complying with them if i sat there and just looked at you and you told me to drop my gun you would be well within your rights to shoot me. He was in an active RP scenario and was involved with the rp even though he was afk. @Revelt

 First of all, I'd like to apologize for the delay in the resolution of the report, however, rest assured that the situation was carefully deliberated.

Player ID 97 - Andrew_Paul - Will receive NonRP #3 for his breach of Fear Roleplay during this scenario. He called for backup on the radio while having a weapon pointed at him at close range. Regardless of any demands being made and/or heard calling for backup in that situation is not acceptable. It is also your responsibility to inform people that you can not hear them.

Player ID 89 - James_Hoot - Did not break the Deathmatch rule in this situation. We feel that because the other player in the same group broke FearRP and called for backup, resulting in him being shot, James had limited time to act, and could not realistically wait minutes until the player that went AFK decided to come back. 

Player ID 74 - Houston_Daniels - Did not break the Deatmatching rule in this situation. He was watching for backup that might arrive, and successfully spotted backup arriving. The victim decided to raise his firearm, pointing towards the scene and/or back of the scene and walk through, towards the situation, clearly inserting himself in an action situation.
