Specific rule(s) broken:

  • Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason.

  • Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

  • A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands.

  • A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands.

  • If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s).

  • Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt.

  • Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed.

  • Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of:

    1.  Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.)

    2.   Someone is attempting to take your life.

    3.   Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen.

  • You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason.


How did the player break the rule(s)?

Well, as the video below shows, you can see that the guy is getting out of his bike, taking his gun out, and just starting to shoot me (for no reason) without even saying anything or even asking me to put my hands up.

We do not accept reports with tampered evidence as stated in the reports guidelines : Videos and screenshots must be view-able with readable resolution, screenshots must be at a reasonable sized. Again no editing or tampering with video or photo evidence. 

Feel free to create another report or amend this one with the correct, unedited evidence. Please make it known if you choose the latter.

It would also be beneficial to the report if you were able to provide the original audio and even a longer clip.

@Theo Smalls 1: I'm not using "3rd part program for IC information", as you can hear I didnt said any location or even called anyone, just speaking with my friends on Discord, simple as that.

2: Now, I havent been at that gun fight or whatever you call it, I just came 15-20 mintues later to loot the bodys, even if you had a proof of that gun fight you would see that I havent been there, however it's my proof against your word (which not worth anything in this case), also as you can see I've never reported anyone since 2018, means there's a reason for tihs report, and it's to take care of players like you who's buying guns and starting to kill other players for no reason.

And I never got reported for DM, which means I'm not a DMer. You literally posted only the part of me killing you, you didn't inform me about posting this complaint, which means I couldn't save my evidence.

@Theo Smalls And there's always a first time bro, and you're a DM'er I've got it recorded what do you mean lol ? what else do I need ? everyone can see that you went out of your bike and started to shoot me without saying anything, I havent been part of any gun fight during that time, and you've got no proof/evidence, I mean who are you trying to fool in here ?

As I already stated, it's my video/proof/evidence against your word.

Your video doesn't prove anything? It shows you getting killed by me. I can do the same, be part of a situation, get killed, record only the part of me getting killed and cry over on the forums. It's obvious, you didn't want to show the part of you being in a gun fight, so you only show yourself getting killed.

Which means, you were one of the blue people wearing blue THAT WERE IN A GUN FIGHT. I never said you were a random blue guy that I wanted to kill. You understand now?
