8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)
Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.
Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:
• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.
• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).
• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.
• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.
• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.
Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.
In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. 
Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.
In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

10. Powergaming (PG)
Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions.
Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming.
All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay.
Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. 
A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC.
Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties.
If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. 
OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time).
RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7.

How did the player break the rule(s)? 

First and foremost, he was driving with a piece of furniture in his hand which is the first non RP thing he did. He was driving constantly with that in his hand, unsure if he RP'd it, if he has he can post it below. Proof is at the start of video 1 you can see him get out the vehicle with the crate in his hand.

The second thing he does is he unlocks the property gets inside and locks it behind him instantly AFTER being tasered so we can't enter which is abusing the interior and non rp since it's humanly impossible to get in and lock the house so quick especially with a crate in his hand ESPECIALLY after being tasered. This can be seen in video 1 aswell. 

Once he comes back out the house, he doesn't have the furniture in his hand and has put it inside so i'm guessing he tried to pause/avoid roleplay by going inside the interior to  drop his crate off inside and whatever else he had. The third thing he does is he powergames as he responds 'NOT' while he's tased and has been tased multiple times and when i do /do what would stop me, he does /me 'kick in your ass'. At this moment i am questioning whether this guy is even here to RP but that's not up to me to decide. I was very frustrated with the RP experience with this man which is the reason I am making this report.

well for me it look way more poor RP from your side guys, you did stop me 1 minute before this, checked my license/my criminal record, I was clean. You wrote for me a ticket for 3rd speeding degree, I paid this one still nearby you. Well I was free to go, I even not ran away or something, you pulled to my property, and asking to hands up without any logical explaining when no one is trying to get away from you, you even not told for what, it was speed or something else? Yes I got mad, cause you wont explaining what for youre trying to cuff me, and it look way more PG of your side to me, cause trying to put cuffs on me without any reason, jumping on me, writing 4-5 /me-/do in one time, you not giving any chance to avoid or explain what for youre trying to cuff me. 

about furniture on my hands, i dont know how to explain this, but realistic would look like that, im carrying it on my hands, but when getting into the car, i can put in on passengers seat.

about doors you have all chances to get in anytime, doors are opened at this building 24/7 i hit Y by mistake not by chance to avoid "this cool RP with cops" 

once I come back from property, yes I wont had my furniture on me, but everything else I had if you need these furnitures or I have been arrested for it, you should check the property too.

you tried to cuff me 3 times without any logical explaining, while I was nearby you, and even not tried to ran away, or avoid anything, on 4th time you did jump on me, and i surrender, but till right now, I even dont know what for I was arrested, cause when I got into the prison, I got only notification ticket is 12000,00 and nothing more.

I dont have any POV for this one, I will answer only when mods ask me to.

Yes, that went quite well. You roleplayed how you should and so did we.

We also told you that you will only be getting a speeding 3rd degree and not a reckless operation. This means we don't seize your vehicle and we don't take you to jail.

Correct, you was free to go. As you went off, you recklessly spun your car around and hit speeds of up to 170km/h. This provoked us because we just let you off, out of good will, and you still decided to rub it in our faces. So we chased you where you then parked inside your property and then the footage begins.

First of all, everything I replied to above is an IC ISSUE. If you are unhappy with how we are conducting our patrol, there are different ways of reporting us. It is not a reason to give us a rubbish role-play experience and take it out on us OOCly. It is not against the rules to cuff you without a reason or pull you over when we want to. ICly, we had a reason to do so and if you are not happy with that, file an Internal Affairs report.

Because there was literally no chance of role-playing with you the way you reacted to everything we did, it would be nice if you post evidence of you RPing yourself placing the crate on the passengers seat. You can't just get in the vehicle and assume it is in the passengers seat, that is non-rp, correct me if i'm wrong. 

Somehow you managed to open your door, get inside and lock the door within 0.3 seconds, with a crate in your hand - after being tasered. Amazing. 

I would also like to point out that it had to take four tasers before you would say cuffing you is successful, bare in mind after the third taser you were still able to "kick the officer in the ass". Seems like you let the IC issue of being arrested spill OOCly and just try to power-game your way out of it, or even make it more of a hassle for us.

I would love to meet someone who is still able to attack an Officer after being tasered three times! We encounter situations like this at least 4-5 times a day but we strive to help others improve their RP quality, as well as build upon our own. However, when things get out of hand, like the role-play experience you gave us, and you just want to win a situation, there is nothing left but to report.

Nope, no need to search, I didnt RP like "/me puts his crate on passenger seat"..

Well I dont have any good argument why I ran into the business, cause I was mad after they came to me second time, and started to put on me cuffs without any normal explaining or anything like that, and it was like non reason to stop atleast for 2nd time when they have been check me on 1st time, I did everything what they ask, I stop and I even not ran away from them, they know, they seen cause im with furniture on me, it was just a tragic day maybe for them or me on this situation, I dont have anything what to add or tell to this report, my plays.tv was crashed on that time.

Hello and thank you for making a report.

As of right now we do not enforce that RP is reqiured for putting a crate on the passenger seat. However, we still recommend doing it, as it is a RP server after all. 

Him going inside the property and quickly locking the doors behind him is not allowed. After checking the logs I have found out that the player only dropped the crate of furniture inside the property.
Seeing that the player came out again and the RP continued afterwards and the furniture crate having a minimal role in this RP situation I will not issue a punishment at this time. However, I would like to invite Einaro_Blatniak to have a conversation with senior staff about this situation and how to prevent this from happening in the future, if this conversation turns out to not resolve matters, the player will still be punished.
