Player(s) being reported: ID 2
Date of interaction reported: 22/SEP/2019
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1569180763

Your characters name: Samuele Colonna ( ID 234 )

Other player(s) involved: 205, Sebastian Wolff, 261, Felix Noonham

Specific rule(s) broken:
13. Fear Roleplay (FRP)

  • Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

• When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

• When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

• Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

  • Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger:

When you are in a car which engine is not stalled.

• When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked.

• When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you.

  • As a victim, whose life is in direct danger:

• You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

After going off-road, going up the hill, stunt jumping and flying (I do not have video evidence about that but it would've been a sick jump for GTA Online), the suspect's engine stalled. I got out and pointed a Heavy Pistol at him for almost 12 seconds while he was trying to turn the engine off while not complying to my demands. After all this he just ran me over and left.

The reported party has been told that he broke the FearRp rule and he should expect a report but he insisted that he did not break any rule because he "had a reason" behind not complying with my demands.
Evidence of rule breach:

PLAYER REPORT ACCEPTED

Thank you for your patience while this report was under review.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players:

  • [Daniel_Englands [ID #2]] - [NonRP] - [Offense #1] - [FearRP]

Daniel, as per our rules, if your engine is stalled you are quired to display fear for your life when someone is pointing a firearm at you. You had multiple police pointing weapons at you giving you demands to step out of the vehicle, and continued trying to start your engine until you finally were able to drive off. You will be receiving your first NonRP.

If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.

Regards,

Brawnkoh
