8. Non-Roleplay (NRP)

• Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay.

• Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay:

• Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason.

• Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching).

• Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles.

• Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water.

• Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase.

• Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

• In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. 

• Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do.

• In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave.

How did the player break the rule(s)?

Zein Ace /me attempts to grab man and then /do s? to which Vincent said /me complies. At this point Vincent is grabbed (and cuffed) and should follow wherever Zein moves or RP breaking free of the grab. Zein repeatedly left the cell and asked the offender to follow him which he did not. The offender repeatedly ran away while grabbed screaming in IC. He was warned that failure to stick to the RP that he is grabbed is nonrp. After failure to obey the RP he decided to sit in his cell and argue in OOC. We then asked him again for RP so that we can have permission to /drag him but he refused to answer. After he was accused once again he decided to insult us in OOC. Zein dissapeared (I think code 0) and I was waiting to see what to do with Vincent until he got back. Vincent disconnected before that happened. I'm not sure if he disconnected on purpose or just happened to disconnect. This directly followed him attempting to run out of the cell block and being tased on multiple occasions at one point even attempting to fight the officer immediately after recovering from the tase. He was tased repeatedly but showed no signs of RP injury or being even slightly affected by repeated tasings.

Evidence of rule breach:

Attached are 3 screenshots, the first is of the RP of grabbing him. The second is RP of him being in his cell after running away while still grabbed. The third is of him turning around and running away while grabbed. I have a video of the whole thing but I will need to edit and upload it and will do if needed. Sorry for the delay.

As more than enough time has passed for the reporting party to respond and provide the full unedited footage of the situation and the supposed rulebreak taking place, i have decided to conclude this report based on the provided evidence and statement given to me by the reporting party.

As the reporting party has no additional evidence of the rulebreak(s), i will unfortunately have to reject and close this report on the basis of insufficient evidence. The provided screenshots in this report does not provide me with a good overview of the entire situation and the supposed rulebreak(s) to assess.
