Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7. 4. Harassment and Knowledge of Rule Breaches It is prohibited to leak personal information of another person or to make such threats. It is prohibited to intimidate players from playing on the server or to continuously harass them in the game for OOC reasons to purposely make their game experience poor. Players must report cases of ban evasion, falsified forum reports, discussion of or jokes about cyber-attacks and other rule breaches. An attempt to hide such information is punishable. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 90 preformed the action of powergaming by not stating how his action was being preformed in his /me; after asking for a further description to ensure he wasn't trying to use any forceful abilities to advance in his RP he, ID 90, proceeded to attack, shoot and continue with OOC insults with ID 172. ((If asking for clarification via OOC in a roleplay situation is a problem after a poorly executed /me is against the rules then please correct me.)) For this instance all I got was "/me pats the man down" I just wanted to know if that is fair game as he's holding a pistol with two hands. Which is why I was trying to get clarification via OOC as I attempted to get clarification I was called a "Troll" by ID 172 which I was trying my best to bare with the language barrier to the best of my abilities to give them a positive roleplay experience. In this case it seemed ID 2 was able to stay in character and keep away from OOC. (I wasn't trying to "Stall" as stated in the video just attempting to get clarification on the /me in question.)
