Harassment and Knowledge of Rule Breaches It is prohibited to leak personal information of another person or to make such threats. It is prohibited to intimidate players from playing on the server or to continuously harass them in the game for OOC reasons to purposely make their game experience poor. Players must report cases of ban evasion, falsified forum reports, discussion of or jokes about cyber-attacks and other rule breaches. An attempt to hide such information is punishable. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. How did the player break the rule(s)? All this happen under one role-play situation so I'm reporting them all under one for different rules that were broken. I try to avoid reporting players and instead try to help them perfect a role-play experience for us all. But, this was just dreadful and there was no opportunity to make things better therefore I am bringing this here as an official report. ID 3: We spotted ID 3 cuffed at Los Santos Bank and began to chase him. After we had got a taser off on him, I was role-playing to cuff the man because on my screen his hands wasn't behind his back. Whilst doing so, he began to flee. So he began to flee, seconds after being tasered. Then we tasered him again. Then he decided to flee, AGAIN, after 2 tasers already! ID 3 then decided to role-play pushing me when trying to drag him but i gave him a chance, through dice. He lost the dice and I dragged him to the cruiser. (https://streamable.com/qiyr2) When Bobby ran checks on the suspect, we found out that he had felony evading charges on him. So we read him his rights and so on and tried to place him in the cruiser. Whilst doing so, I RP'd helping the man into the cruiser and Bobby also RP'd doing so, resulting in 2 Officers holding him and putting him in the cruiser. He was also cuffed, and he previously was tasered 2-3 times already. He RP'd trying to escape, AGAIN. I responded with it being an unsuccessful attempt and told him why but he just said that was Powergaming and requested a Dice. Now a dice is optional, we gave him enough chances already. ID 3 is someone that does not want to role-play and he always wants to win, I will explain why I say this with confidence. I was still wondering how this guy got to LSB, stood on the teleport spot like many others after a server restart, whilst cuffed, with no friends around him and has felony evading charges on him. After this whole situation, I asked the person who placed the charges how he got away because he definitely did something OOC as IC he "vanished" and this was his response. (http://prntscr.com/p8sqfp) So, ID 3 used a server restart feature to escape a transport and then flee from us again. What sort of role-play is this. ID 98 ID 98 wasn't even part of the initial role-play we had with ID 3. As Bobby went to get the cruiser, he noticed people just opening all the doors, the bonnet and the trunk. In an NCZ. But the worst part was, ID 98 kicking and punching the cruiser. (https://streamable.com/9c9k9) When I took the suspect to the cruiser, me and bobby both told ID 98 that he can't hit the cruiser in a NCZ but he claimed it was because I was "illegally parked". So, first of all illegally parking in a NCZ isn't a crime, it does not break NCZ rules otherwise we wouldn't issue tickets, we would be filing tons and tons of reports on the forums. He continued to spam OOC with reasons why he did it and we even told him it may of jammed the bonnet now. This affected our role-play because everyone at the scene assumed we were driving with our bonnet up, when in fact damaging the vehicle in an NCZ is an OOC matter. I told Bobby to do a /report so we can staff down to help with what was going on because the OOC talk was crazy. In response to this, ID 98 just called us faggots for doing so. (http://prntscr.com/p8sxfi) ID 105 As for ID 105, he was another friend of the suspect and clearly wanted the person to escape. However, during the whole situation, he decided to hit his bike into the cruiser, not once, but twice. (https://streamable.com/bsuc1 @ the start) Now, the first time we can say he desynced or the bike spun out. But he reversed and just continued straight into the cruiser again. Not only damaging his expensive bike, but trying to get a reaction from the officers AND ramming in a NCZ. His reason for this was "he was trying to park but our cruiser was facing the wrong way". This makes no sense to me and seems like he's just trying to take the piss out of our parking, which is an IC matter. Still no reason to hit our cruiser with his bike. Also, when we were role-playing with ID 3 in terms of getting him to the cruiser ID 105 decided to butt in by saying "dragging is ooc if its not needed in the situation". How is this OOC if i've RP'd dragging the man? Another thing he said was "you haven't both RP'd grabbing him". Me and Bobby clearly RP'd properly that we are assisting the man into the cruiser hence holding him but he just continued to spam OOC with his opinions affecting our role-play. At this point we was just fed up with the amount of harassment we was getting during this situation OOCly and I was literally wishing a staff would respond to the report we had out. TheCactus Posted September 20, 2019 Report Share Posted September 20, 2019 I was the one who pursued ID 3 the day before. He tried to powergame (and we adapted), he insulted our faction and the server (but we got over it) and then he said he had to go and asked to be jailed using /prison (after a pursuit and right after resisting arrest). He then disconnected and we never heard of him again. I was hoping for a combatlog report but nobody posted one. I did not know this man but noticed the cops were harrasing him and was helping a fellow citizen try to escape from the power hungry cops. As you can see my tires are popped and i was RPing as you can see me react when i hit your car. As for me using OOC i asked you multiple times to stop using /b and continue rollplay as everyone else was doing. And ingame you said you werent going to report me and now i came to forums suprised that ive got a forum complaint on me, and i dont think that ive done anything wrong sir. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. You then logged back in on the 20th of September, not making any attempt to resume RP or contact any admin/PD about your situation. You basically just decided to free yourself and use the fact you logged out to your own benefit. Also, you have been tasered three times. Now in real-life, do you think you'd be able to run away after being tasered for that amount? In my opinion and other staff members, this promotes very poor roleplay quality. Also your continuous usage of /b, claiming cops always PG and constantly arguing with them about their RP should stop. If you feel they're breaking server rules, use the /report function.
