How did the player break the rule(s)? Had an IC situation with ID 41 and had it solved with a police officer. Was going down the road when i called for Leo to come to the ammo shop and ID 41 came from the bank and rammed me off my bike. He then drove back up to the bank, parked his car and decided to start sexual RP which i told him in OOC i do not consent but he continued. zatefeto Posted September 21, 2019 Report Share Posted September 21, 2019 long story short :- his video shows a car accident not a vdm case. pissing and jerking off was done /me does action infront of him. i have done an 8 minute video showing the whole story while me in the background commentating and explaining how things happened if you want that instead of a long page of text. (i really dont want to keep uploading and downloading data for no reason since we have limited data caps in our country and i pay lots of money on half weekly basis) "for real" put will provide videos and stuff if it's gonna help prove my situation. both of these guys came to my stream and started talking shit after 1 of them failed in getting me to reply to his private discord dm "sort this out here" aka /ooc Will provide all pictures if needed as well. I was standing on-top of my own car and i was pretty much doing a "/me starts pissing in front" of him and a "/me starts jerking off infront of him" he was standing infront of me while there is a 4 lane road and other places he could move to, i didn't know i would need his consent in /b in order to do that. I would like to know, seeing your previous interaction at the bank, why you followed them, ran a person off their bike, and then driving straight back to the bank. If it were really an accident you would go back and say sorry either ICly or in /b. You showed no remorse and drove straight back to bank, I find it hard to believe that due to your previous interactions with them this was an accident, it sure doesn't like like one. It seems like you wanted to run them off their bike and then when the damage was done you just booked it. Therefore this would be considered vehicular deathmatching. In the video it's also clear you COULD have gone around them, yet you steered your vehicle into them. Concerning Sexual RP. In the rule book it clearly states the following: 7. IC and OOC Interactions Sexual, torture, or extremely gross roleplay is allowed only if all involved parties (participants and witnesses) have agreed to it in OOC text chat, prior to the actual roleplay being performed. You did not have consent from all parties, there is more people standing at the bank and ID47 clearly said he did not consent. Also he was actively RP'ing with you, he was having a conversation with you, so your argument, saying he could've gone somewhere else is invalid. I can straight pull up my latest robberies from my criminal character where in 1 situation i robbed someone at the trucker's job and eventually giving him all his stuff back and wished him good luck on his job. other time where i robbed some one at the wanted gas station and told him im just feeling angry and asked him to do a anim hug, and trolled him abit before wishing him a safe drive and went away. weird ..
