Specific rule(s) broken: Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? I saw ID 107 with a heavy weapon on his back. I equipped my pistol and went in for the arrest. The man in the pink vehicle was also positioned well to block him in, forcing him to go forward and back a couple of times. Player refused to show any fear for his life. Second yes I did violate fearrp, and yes I was aware now the reason I did was a rash decision I was OOCly mad at someone else on scene who happened to be the main cause of your police action to attempt the arrest on me. Had you put in 10 seconds earlier we would have heard it. Nothing you did was wrong and good on you mate for doing what you need to to do. I want to apologize to you and anyone else disrupted by my actions I take full responsibility for my action. I wish an apology could make the situation better however words don't clear actions as some may agree. Again apologies to those involved and you especially James. Further to add I didn't notice it was a gun (thought it was a taser) up until the clip however that is not an excuse sorry to everyone and thank you for your time.
