How did the player break the rule(s)?
To start things of I had 4 full bags of meet which sums up to 35k, so far so good.
This guy (ID 78) came to me with a bike and started to rob me while I was gutting a rabbit.
After he was done checking my car for the bags and everything, I started roleplaying looking at the license plate of his bike, at that point he started to mix IC chat and OOC chat. Even if the bike was stolen, I didn't ask for the license plate number, I simply asked if a license plate is on it.
First he failed to roleplay within the given time, and finally once he did he power gamed saying that it's broken, but in order to roleplay a damaged/removed license plate, you need to roleplay that beforehand.
To top things of, he first says that there is a broken license plate on it, then later he claims there isn't one to begin with.
The metagaming is questionable, but the powergaming is as clear as the day.

I also request that I'd be refuned at least $25,000, another $12,000 because 4 bags are worth as much, and $5000 for the pistol.

His RP was poor, and his overall knowledge of the english language was not up to standard.

After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I have decided to deny this report for the following reason(s): Watching the video, I don't see an angle at which you would have been able to see the plate even if there was one. I'm pretty confident he didn't "break the plate". But I can see how he was confused from this interaction. I've also checked the reported players vehicles, and he does not own that vehicle. There would have been no way for him to give you that information (especially considering a plate can't be seen from that angle). Lastly, I'd like to remind you. Only admins can pause RP. Telling someone to wait because you are waiting on an admin is not the proper procedure here. This decision is final. Unless instructed to, if you post another player report pertaining to this incident, you may be muted from posting on the forums for a temporary period.
