How did the player break the rule(s)? I was in close range of them and aimed by shotgun at them. They did not stop and they kept going onto their bike and took off, even when the driver stopped to wait for his friend to get on. There is no need for a report if you act like a real cop and smoke them because they did not drop the weapon and were running around armed. But thats just my opinion tho. Regards, Moderator YuSoHelpful Honestly, the evidence looks pretty bad on our part however during the robbery we were in our fight or flight mode. We were "fearing" for our safety. My perspective was set in first-person mode during the time and I was only looking forward. When I dashed out the door, I saw in chat that she pulled out a Remington however what good is a shotgun if she wasn't that close? Bullets would be astray. We took this as an opportunity to escape. Now looking back at her footage, I didn't know how close @TheBrohman really was. I really do apologize if we did break the rules of fear-roleplaying and it won't happen again. Regards, Moderator YuSoHelpful Thank you for notifying me I will be responding with my side of the story, me and @likekato were robbing this store. He had let me know he heard some sirens near by and we immediately stopped the robbery, and headed for the doors. After running out the doors I noticed the chat mentioned the cop was starting to take out his gun and this was the window of opportunity. It wasn't RP like to use this to my advantage but my heart was racing and I could only think to escape with my buddy. After getting on my bike I heard the woman's voice behind me so I turned around and noticed the women was no longer in the car, this scared me and I felt the blood rushing and my own thought was to escape. I had not seen the women directly behind me aiming the gun towards meas seen in the video. Thinking that the women was just scared and holding a far away angle in this outnumbered situation. I thought this was our chance to escape since she was scared to approach us. After watching this video, the evidence she provided the person was in fact closer then what I had thought and seeing it from her side it wasn't the best on our part to ride off. This had been one of my first confrontation and my first time with a weapon seeing that this person was this close we both as well could of pulled our weapons out to counter against the single cop. We both didn't want any trouble and tried to escape when we could cause I knew if backup showed and we were surrounded it would of been bad. We both didn't get much money out of the robbery and could of counter attacked if anything. The thrill was great and it was a very eventful experience, sorry on our part we had broken Fear RPing but from my perceptive I had every right to run for our lives while the cop was out of sight and scared of us. Sorry again for the trouble and given this bad confrontation I apologize to the officer that had to go through this trouble we are new and also out here to have a good time, we will try better next time start recording our side of the to stories to further add proof to crimes pinned against us. Alright so. When you were getting on your bike you were literally just on the other side of the hood of my cruiser and you had full view of me being close. As for the "out of sight and scared of us part". If my character was in doubt of being able to handle the two robbers with a shotgun, he would've stayed in the car and moved on. I can see where you are coming from, but that was not the case. Yes I’m sorry I never directly stated it was a bug cause I’m not really sure what is happening on my part but like you said I’ll let the moderator decide what will happen, we’ve all told our sides and there isn’t more that can be done with pointless arguments. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. The Fear-RP rule clearly states that your life is to be considered in direct danger when you are on foot or a bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. The Sheriff had shotgun pointed at you, and you both decided to ignore his demands, leaving you exposed to his shotgun rounds. He could've easily gunned both of you down. Both of you knew exactly what was going on, you had seen the sheriff with his shotgun pointed at you. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
