Mako228143
Player(s) being reported: ID 169 Date of interaction reported: 09/16/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1568653759 Your characters name: Zachariah Sinclair Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: No Crime Zones (NCZ) **A no crime zone is an area where players may not commit any actions considered crimes.** Players must not disobey orders of law enforcement officers but are allowed to flee. The /NCZ command and HUD notification are indicators of being in a protected area although it is up to administrator discretion if your actions are in violation of NCZ rules. If a player uses the NCZ for protection the attacker must wait for that player to leave the area. Players may not go to a NCZ after engaging in criminal activity resulting in an ongoing chase. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, banks, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 169 attempted to steal my vehicle that was parked in an /ncz. I then was trying to contact an admin and telling him his voip was broken and how to fix it. Then he started assualting me. It was not a misclick as he repeatably trys punching. Dqniel
Hello, and thank you for making this player report! @Mako228143 Player Junot_Christoval will receive 24 hours to provide his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions which can be seen in the provided evidence above. Why did you attempt to enter his car while in a No Crime Zone? Why did you attack the reporting party by punching him for seemingly no valid reason all while in a No Crime Zone? Kind regards, Dqniel 1 1
Dqniel
Hello, and thank you for remaining patient! As more than enough time has passed for the reported party to respond with his side of the story and explain the reasoning for his actions i have decided to conclude this report based on the provided evidence and statement given to me by the reporting party. Player Junot_Christoval will receive a Non-Roleplay punishment for breaching the No Crime Zone rules | Offense #1. First and foremost, i would like to address the punishment of Non-Roleplay and the reasoning behind it. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you unlawfully enter the vehicle of the reporting party before shortly after stepping out. The reporting party confronts you about this, and after exchanging a minimal amount of words you run away, before ultimately returning back and attacking the reporting party by punching him all for seemingly no valid reason while in a No Crime Zone. The issue that arises with this situation is that your actions are not in accordance with our No Crime Zone rules. By attacking another person, you are commiting a crime all while being situated in a No Crime Zone. As the name suggests and as is outlined in the rulebook, no actions that even come close to being classified as a crime may be done while you are in a No Crime Zone and therefore you are in violation of the rules. Please take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions, and making sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated. Secondly, i would like to state the following. In the provided evidence of this report, it can be seen that you attack the reporting party all for seemingly no valid reason (as you have not responded and there is nothing in the provided evidence that would suggest otherwise). The act of attacking a player and or their property without a proper roleplay reason falls under Deathmatch. There was absolutely nothing that warranted an attack on the reporting party in this situation. With that being said however, the violation was so minor that instead of issuing a punishment i will instead urge you to revisit our rules surrounding Deathmatch and ask that you take the information that you have been taught here and apply it for any future situations. I understand that you are a new player, and still acclimating and familiarizing yourself with the server and its rules, but it is incredibly important to remember that as players of Eclipse Roleplay, we have to strive to provide the highest quality of roleplay to every player that we encounter, and make sure that we do so within the confines of the server rules. Please take this punishment as an opportunity to reflect on your actions, and making sure that moving forward you do so in a way where this is not repeated. Thank you for making this report! @Mako228143 Report is accepted and archived. Kind regards, Dqniel. 1
