How did the player break the rule(s)?

Bart roleplayed being heavy weighted and this guy called him a "fat fuck irl" as someone who is dealing with weight issues I find this very offensive. And afterwards they say "awww booboo" indicating it wasn't an accident but he was meant to offend bart on purpose.

Hello, well isn't it great to see you here, I am ID 125 in this situation, just to add context to the situation, you broke fear RP TWICE before this incident AND Powergamed AND DM as for ID 91s OOC insults I do not condone them but as the tensions were high because you were actively breaking rules, things we don't mean slip out.

Hello Sir,

For fr rp1: When you asked him to put his hands up you weren't exposing your gun to his POV so he felt like his life wasn't in immediate danger, and he could've thought you were joking around because of this. If you would've pulled your gun earlier I would've agreed it was Fearrp.

Fear rp2: One: He got vdmed, told you oocly and you used that to catch up to him. Secondly: There were no demands or nothing; just pointing guns towards me and not doing anything with it doesn't mean much. 

PG: This isn't powergaming, the daniels family is known for being fat ICLY it's been roleplayed for over a year now (ooc time) And to be honest it isn't that easy to lift up a full grown man all alone, for sure not a fat one. And when the 2nd guy came and assisted him he let you succeed because it would make sense ICLY for 2 people to be able to carry him.

DM:  ICLY he said he wanted to change his tires and was honking for 30~ seconds telling her to move, then slowly tried to ride in to the garage and accidentally hit her. I think she shouldn't stand in front of a bus as well if you see it driving towards you slowly and honking for AGES telling you to move, if you have any value in your life I don't think you will fight a bus with your body. And it isn't that realistic standing in front of a honking bus telling you to move and then when it accidentally hits you when it wants to go past you you report it..

Thanks for the reply! I'd like to refer you to the Fear RP rule where it states:

 

When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

• When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

As for the powergaming, I find it very convenient you suddenly roleplay being overweight when we want to carry you, and not when were trying to catch you for the last 20 minutes where you outran 4 physically fit people like Usain Bolt. Attached is a picture of Usain Bolt. (I mean you) outrunning us.

Now I'd like to talk about the DM.

 

• Examples of valid reasons to attack another player:

• If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property.

• If they report you to the police for a serious crime.

• If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules.

ID 91 did not warrant being ran over whatsoever, the RP you displayed was poor, driving a bus into LSC and straight up attempting to fit it inside of the mechanics work shop multiple times, we even asked you to stop and you carried on.
