Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? Here is my POV of the situation, my microphone is always on, you cannot hear any signs of Metagaming such as me tabbing out to discord or anything of the sort. This happened by pure chance that this guy rolled up and helped me. At the end of the video you can also see that me and one other person were the only ones in the faction available at the time! EDIT: I'd like to add that my camera was moving constantly, so I couldn't have tabbed out. Also, I believe it is considered NonRP for someone to melee another person while they hold a firearm, however I might be wrong, I just want all possibilities to be explored. I told him just speak in game 0:02-0:04 and muted my mic until he shot me down and then opened my mic and told him do you have any record of this situation and then he told me yes I recorded everything. 0:54 0:56 I opened my mic and I told him I can't take his gun from his inventory and then muted my mic again. You can check my voice to be sure I'm not the third person. (Diego's friend). I muted my mic during the situation except for these spots that I mentioned and all of them was OOC. in 0:54 I said I can't take his gun from his Inventory. Where did his friend came from ? at 1:44-45 I said it was a rulebreak ( as you can see I said MG ) at 1:50 nicolas said do you have any record ? After reviewing the evidence and also having a 3rd party translator to translate the video we have came to the conclusion that you guys indeed Metagamed and will be punished for it. • - Arvin_Basir will be issued his first MG punishment - MetaGaming Offense #1 ( 30min Jail ) • - Nicolas_Hernandez will be issued his first MG punishment - MetaGaming Offense #1 ( 30min Jail ) If you wish to appeal your punishment you are able to do so in our Punishment Appeal category.
