Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. I came straight to my dealership to make an order, I seen bunch of people whos thieving ID 106, I told them to move out of the place. No one gave any responding on that, I started to call police, and have been shoot down by ID 63 without any demands. Nibbloni4n Posted September 13, 2019 Report Share Posted September 13, 2019 My side of the story: So me and my friends was following ID#106 for one reason: Robbing him and getting all hes got ,After we tried to rob him for 15-25 minutes and he didn't respond due to a bug (id 106) Admins were called and helped him to get out of the bug ,We continued the situation and started robbing him ,He did not do nothing wrong ,he obeyed all the orders we gave him. As we were in the middle of the robbery ID#63 showed up with his vehicle and threatened us that he will call the cops if we wont stop our actions and get out of there ,We told him via Voicechat to get out of here or he might get shot if he wont get out of here and keeps disturbing us ,ID#63 Didnt want to obey our commands and pulled out his phone ,As soon as I saw him doing that I aimed at him as a warning ,He dialed a Number and said "POLICE" at that moment I knew the best thing to do is to shoot him so there will be no cops coming to the scene. Your`e telling about ID 106 "He did not do nothing wrong, he obeyed all the orders we gave him" then why you DM him too ? you shoot his legs while he did everything, and then writing in "/me shoots the guy in the leg" for what reason ? you did on ID 106 DM + PG. -- About ID 63 ( ME ), I came to my dealership to order car, yes I told that to leave, but you didnt give me any demands or anything to shoot me down. Nibbloni4n Posted September 13, 2019 Report Share Posted September 13, 2019 (edited) The reason I shot the other guy in the leg was so he wont run to call the cops (And I do confirm that I was wrong) ,I forgot that there were phone nowdays due to the pressure u put on us ,And we did gave you demands via "VOICECHAT" maybe you are deaf or something.(You clearly knew whats going to happen if you will call the cops) And you cant just make a report crying about you getting shot if you were trying to shoot us too . After reviewing this report and evidence attached to it, I've decided to accept this report and issue the punishments to the following players: [Daniell_Oneil [ID #1]] - [Deathmatch] - [Offense #1] - [ See below my previous explanation was poor ] Edit: At multiple instances you had an opportunity to RP with the individual prior to shooting them. While you have the right to shoot them for calling PD, I also believe you should engage in RP prior to doing so. You could have RP'd prior to shooting them, you chose not to. Then you stalled the car, and he got out. You also had him outnumbered here, and could have RP'd it out. You again, chose not to. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. An argument can be made here that as soon as he dialed police an engagement in roleplay was initiated. But it still seems some contact should have been made here. If you have received a punishment that you disagree with, feel free to file a punishment appeal following the punishment appeal guidelines and format. If the reporting party suffered a loss greater than $25,000 in value, feel free to file a refund request following the refund request guidelines and format.
