Fear Roleplay
Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life.

Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger:

When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range.

When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range.

When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger.

Driving a vehicle in an active shootout more than once without the intent of protecting a friend, fleeing with it, or using it as cover.

As a victim, whose life is in direct danger:

•You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker.

Non-Roleplay (Combatlogging)
Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof.

In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. 

How did the player break the rule(s)?

After making him lose control of his vehicle, the player got out of the vehicle and started running while two firearms were pointed at him. He then proceeded to disconnect from the server after getting tazed.
After waiting for 10 minutes I checked the discord EclipseRP server and nobody was talking about disconnecting, code 0, timing out, crash, police, etc..
I also checked the discord server again before making this report.

The following people will be tagged/notified to give their side of the story within the next 24 hours: Ryan_Freshman (notified IG) explain to me two things. 1: Why you decided to run from cops when you have 2 pistols pointed at you are very close range. 2: Why you logged out after you were tased and as I am writing this comment you still have not logged back in (4+ hours). What happens if the person does not respond? We will review the evidence again and provide our conclusion.  What might help my case? Posting evidence of your own POV is always a very handy tool. If you don't have any evidence at your disposal, the best you can do is tell the story in full detail on how it happened on your side. Be honest and do not lie in your reply. Regards, Mickeyyy

After reviewing the evidence provided, I've decided to apply the following punishments to the following players: Ryan_Freshman will receive two NonRP punishments. 1 for breaking Fear RP and the second for combat logging.
